Staff were lovely, especially the cleaners, very happy to help with extra items required. Really appreciated the pool, the view, the balcony and having awesome restaurant on site. Coffee machine was great 👍

Had to ask for mugs and wine glasses, staff were more then accommodating when I asked for them. But I would have preferred not to have to ask. No icecube tray or water jug for the fridge.

THE LOCATION ON THE RIVER AND ITS PROXIMATY TO THE CITY CENTRE WAS VERY GOOD. THE MEALS IN THE RESTRAURANT AT BREAKFAST TIME WERE GOOD AND AT DINNER THEY WERE EXCEPTIONAL. THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL AT ALL TIMES

THERE WAS NO WHERE TO PUT YOUR SUITCASE OFF THE FLOOR AND THE DIVAN/FOLDING BED WAS NOT COMFORTABLE TO SIT ON

Great service. Quick and easy check in, room serviced every day. Rooms had a good view and bath.. Could watch TV from bed and couch.

The temperature gauge on the heater/ air conditioner did not seem to be working.. The Spa pool was not operating and it looked like the swimming pool cleaner had a day off.

The hotel is excellently located at the river front, and the views are fantastic to wake up to in the morning. Rooms are clean and tidy, with plenty of attention given to covid safety. Staff are friendly and personable.

The carpark is oddly designed with very limited space given the size of the hotel. The overflow parking was also full, and the over-overflow (in which it was recommended I park) has no lighting or sense of security. This is fine, since I assume crime is low, but I wouldn't have wanted to walk there alone at night if I was worried about personal security.

Nice hotel with mountain view. After I got a room on the 3d floor I asked for an higher floor because a tree is right in front of you (can't sell those rooms as a "mountain view room"). Luckily they helped and gave me a room upstairs. Breakfast was good too and the restaurant serves really good diner as well! I had my second best steak tartare aten in my life.

The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable with those fluffy pillows.

The TV programs or channels is only restricted to local programs and no cable channels so that is lacking.

Lovely staff and reception area. Spacious clean room, comfy bed and pillows, excellent appliances, coffee pod machine, lovely view overlooking river. Restaurant breakky that was included was great, so many options. Close to city, walking distance.

The only thing we didn't like was the shower over bath, but shower was hot and bathroom clean, so wasn't really an issue.

Booking was ready. Night staff reception were polite and helpful

Room should have had instructions for coffee maker, and replacement stock (ie milk) Directions weren't helpful by day staff to bus services. Could have offered map of CBD and tourist attractions. Restuarant ran out of coffee...coffee. Not as if it's a remote island.

The staff were great. The view beautiful. The pool was good for a swim in the heat. The rooms were clean and comfy.

The building could use a bit of maintenance and a lick of paint. Maybe a couple knives and forks for eating takeaways would be nice.

Staff were accommodating with special requests (early check in). Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

The restaurant was up stairs. Stairs are a problem for me. I prefer ground floor or a lift especially where the weather is often hot and humid.
