Cayman Villas Port Douglas

Very friendly staff , we arrived early the room was ready so they allowed us to check in early, we had a week long stay which included full change of linen & towels mid stay , the room was spacious and spotless, large bathroom great kitchen with all utensils needed, large balcony overlooking the pool. Well equipped BBQ area with fridge and table and chairs. The pool is enormous and well maintained as is the whole complex,and walking distance to everything. Thanks to our host Lee ,

Location was perfect. Rooms were fantastic. Pool was a life saver keeping us cool. We got there not long after Cyclone Jasper & you wouldn’t have known, everything was clean, service with a smile & they kept us informed of any updates. We will be back.

We liked the lush, well kept garden, the pool, our ground floor apartment close to the pool, our spacious apartment with 2 on-suite bathrooms, the well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and great amount of crockery/cutlery, the lovely outdoor setting, the walk-in wardrobe/dressing room was great to put our suitcases and the quiet location but only minutes walk to the centre of town, free secure parking.

Our few negatives would be the inefficient aircon in the main bedroom and a fan that only goes on low speed, the pillows were way too soft but beds were great, the bathrooms lacked some privacy with slatted doors

Lee went above & beyond for us. We got an early check in & late check out, we decided to stay a few extra days & nothing was a problem. The place is so well kept & everything is lovely. Location is fantastic, so close to everywhere. Beautiful property.

One thing I didn’t like was the shower over the bath but no big deal. Everything else was perfect.

The place was really clean. It looked a lot nicer in person than the photos on the internet. Very spacious. Great balcony outside. Gardens were kept very well and the pool was fantastic.

Probably needed 2 towels each. (It’s good to have one for your hair as well) Coffee pods didn’t seem to work. These were very minor things other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was ideal, just a few of blocks from town for shopping/dinner, less than two blocks from the gorgeous Four Mile Beach, and a little more than that from the marina for our reef cruise. The apartment was spotless, spacious, kitchen well stocked for our needs. Pool was lovely. We were three adults, but I think this would be ideal for a family with young children.

Perfect location for exploring Port Douglas and the surrounding area. The accommodation was superb, excellent layout, clean and beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful, especially Lee, who was kind enough to help us with our queries before our arrival from the UK. I would highly recommend these apartments and would love to come back! Thank you so much :)

The 3 bedroom villa was beautiful. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool was nice and warm, even in the "cooler" (20 degrees +) weather. Hosts were extremely helpful.

Baths in bathrooms are not easy to get into. Walk in showers would be better. No lifts? Great exercise, but not ideal for all people.

great location near the beach and shops. pool was perfect, lots of space in the unit and kitchen was fantastic.

not much, the shower could do with an update and the pillows were a bit crap.

Location was really great with everything close and accessible. Proximity to the marina, beach and restaurants was great - everything was under a 10 minute walk. Apartment was very modern, well equipped and furnished, and impeccably clean. Aircon was very effective in all rooms, which was great given the humidity. Pool was large, very clean, with great lounging furniture which was ample for all guests. Very tranquil spot to have some down time in between activities. Didn't ever get too noisy despite our apartment being close to the pool. All in all a very nice haven.

This will only be very minor quibbles. On a couple of mornings there was early and quite loud furniture scraping from above due to servicing of rooms - some pads on the upper floor furniture contact points would be a nice investment - not a big deal at all. Only other thing was that we stayed 9 nights and got a service at mid point - tiny bit disappointed that this only really involved clean towels and not the full 'starter pack' of coffee, milk etc. Again, not a biggie and dont want to sound picky. Just a suggestion.
