The location was very handy. Instructions on how to access the apartment were excellent. It was a large and spacious apartment that was well suited to a family. It is a good place to stay if you are prepared to look past the negatives.

There were VERY firm instructions about noise and how to report it in the building so the building itself was a quiet one to stay in. But a neighbouring building kicked off on Saturday night and it was VERY loud. Neither of the doors out to the balcony's locked, which felt very unsafe, especially with children. The pillows on the beds were overfilled latex, which meant we had to go and buy new ones to sleep on to avoid creating neck issues. There was no dishcloth in the kitchen. The place is older and a bit worn feeling.

The instructions to access the property were excellent. We arrived after hours and had no issue with access. The layout and size of the property were excellent for our needs. It was very spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfy. The pool was clean and warm. Very secure property

Unfortunately, we only had one day out of our three night stay with hot water. First morning hot and the rest of the stay feeezing!We were not offered compensation. Maintenance of the wardrobe doors was required as the handles fell off in one of the bedrooms. The complimentary toiletries were tiny and no where enough for a family if 4 for a three night stay. Room 1104 Some of the tiles in the pool were sharp. My daughter cut her foot.

I stayed in Apt 204 on the 2nd level. My apartment was superb with very comfortable furniture. It was very quiet especially when the windows were closed, though I did stay on a weekend and the CBD is generally pretty quiet during this time. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need to cook a meal. As petty as this sounds, the knives were very sharp, making food prep a breeze. I've stayed in many apartments where the knives are blunt so this was refreshing. There is a heated lap pool, a hot tub and sauna located on the roof which was awesome. The facilities are a little dated but everything works fine. The hot tub jets didn't work all that well but the water was hot. There is also a cold shower located opposite the large sauna. The pool facilities are open from 6am to 9pm daily. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. One of the 2 bathrooms had a very deep bath which was a highlight as it's often difficult to find in many other venues. The location is very central with a Woolworths Metro grocery store and liquor store just 10 mins walk away and an easy walk to the centre of the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Not very much. This was one of the most comfortable apartments I've stayed in to date. A chopping board would have been welcomed along with either some salt and pepper shakers or sachets. A coffee machine or plunger would have been welcomed too.

Very spacious 2br apartment, comfortable and quiet

The door lock needs an upgrade. Initially left the door unlocked when we left the room the first time. Just found out that it needed to be locked manually by key. It should lock automatically when exiting the room. Also it would be nice to have a bigger sign of Quattro Apartments on the corner. We had difficulty finding it after turning right from Wharf Street.

Management was amazing. So organised and all of the information provided was so easy to understand. Great location, easy access to Suncorp Stadium. Room was clean and well appointed, everything we needed for our stay was available. Kids loved to rooftop pool and spa.

Nice and clean and a spacious apartment on the top floor.

The pillows could be picked to be a bit more ergonomic and comfortable. They were too big and bulky to be used for sleeping. Ended up using couch cushions as pillow instead.

The instructions to checking in were clear and straightforward. It was nice and easy to check in as well. Loved how there were smart TVs in all the rooms so I don’t have to go to the living to watch, was so comfy in bed watching Netflix

Clean, close to where we needed to be, pool.

Couldn’t make the rooms completely dark, light came in around blinds. BUT that is because we are used to sleeping in complete darkness! Our issue not the property.

It’s located in a quiet area but yet close to downtown. The apartment is clean and spacious. Self check-in information is clear and easy to follow.

Message response is sometimes slow.

Great apartment in a good location close to train station. Was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Balcony was big and nice enough view. Check in instructions were clear, had no troubles. Pool/Spa/Sauna area was amazing. Would definitely stay here again
