Location of property very very handy to CBD Check in staff were fantastic, Niamh was great and very grateful to her for late check out time of 11.00am

Wifi for only 3 devices when there was 4 of us, very frustrating as we had no overseas roaming and relied on accommodation wifi which was extremely slow. Lifts slow but understandable for 44 floors. Also PLEASE check the code of compliance in the lifts, both expired 31st January 2023, today is the 19th February 2023.

We self-catered, and the apartment was perfect for our needs. We had a lovely view and while we only sat out on the balcony once, it was nice to know that it was available. The night views of the city were stunning. Only 9 mins walk from Central Station, supermarkets less than 5min walk, and all interesting places(Roma Parklands, Botanic Gardens, Ferries, South Bank, Museum and Art Gallery all easy to walk to. Coffee, tea and sugar available, and receptionists happy to hand out more as required (we were there 4nights)

For self caterers like us, a chopping board, drive, and a microwaveable bowl with lid would have been useful. No hand towels provided or available; when asked the receptionist gave us extra flannels (which were large) to use as hand towels. The shower door was old but functional.

We really liked this accommodation. The unit was clean, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Every night we watched the sunset from the balcony. We enjoyed having a drink and watching the large TV in the livingroom. The bed was comfortable, although there was a hard ridge in the middle. The shower pressure was excellent. We found the staff extremely helpful. And best of all, the location. A block away from the malls. Dozens of places to eat, get coffee, etc. After 6 days we weren't ready to go. Great deal too. Anything we needed they would happily provide at the front desk. Unlike other complaining guests, we had no issues with the wifi or the elevator (sure it took 3 minutes to come sometimes, no big deal). Great place, very comfortable. Would love to stay here again in the future.

We had a two bedroom apartment, which suited us well. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. We appreciated the sliding door onto the balcony which allowed for fresh air. The hotel is in the heart of the city, and everything is very accessible. There is undercover paid parking ($39 per night). The staff were extremely welcoming and responsive, and any concerns were addressed immediately.

The lifts are slow and can be crowded at peak times. The friendly staff have large service trolleys which they are moving between floors, and they have to use the same lifts as the guests. This results in guests with suitcases having to wait until the lift is free (up to 10 minutes on some occasions).

Location is excellent. Room is spacious with a full kitchen and also a laundry room and balcony. Lots of restaurants, shopping areas,, tourist destinations (e.g. museums, performing arts, parks) within walking distance. Public transportation close by

In general, I perfer full service hotels versus the more apartment-style facilities. That's just my preference. There is no room cleaning available. Towels, soap, shampoos and anything else you need is provided on request.

Excellent location in the CBD. A spacious, clean apartment with a good- sized kitchen and separate bedroom. The modern bathroom was also large and very clean. There was an excellent lounge room with sofa and a table with two chairs.

No hand towels in bathroom. Understandably perhaps, only 1 shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washing up detergent are supplied but it was very easy to ask the front office staff for extras plus change of towels as we needed things for our five night stay.

Excellent location - within CBD and walking distance to Queen street mall, restaurants, botanical gardens, south bank. Clean apartment with sufficient kitchen facilities, dinning area and comfortable lounge. The large, sheltered balcony with sliding bifold windows conveniently attached to the lounge created a beautiful open space. Office desk with opposite mirrored storage. Additional storage in the bedroom. Clean bedsheets. Friendly reception staff with bag drop service. There are 2 pools - one indoor and another outdoor. We used the heated indoor pool (perfect for laps!) with sauna and gym.

The bathroom was dated.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The room was large and the kitchenette was fairly well appointed. Having the washer and dryer in the room was an excellent bonus. The bathroom was nice and big.

The bed was not very comfortable at all. I was also a bit put out by the note in the kitchen which said that we were responsible to take out the trash or possibly be charged a fee. I recognize that if I had been staying for an extended time that it would only make sense to be able take out the trash to the garbage chute, but given what we paid for the room and having only stayed one night, I didn't feel it should be my responsibility. This is a hotel after all!
