The amount of space in the apartment, and inclusion of washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Location was great for access to the Cultural Centre and South Bank. Convenience store next door.

The communication from you was too much and inaccurate, i.e. You kept sending me messages about checking in after hours, when I had corrected that information to say I was checking in inside your hours. You kept mentioning the parking when I wasn't using it, even asking to return the parking key when I never had one. I was worried about the angry noises in the hallway outside a couple of times - Someone was upset and yelling, maybe influenced by alcohol or drugs, and I was a bit scared, especially when they banged on my door. The apartment was not really clean when I arrived.

our carpark was unusable due to another car parking over the line. the only solution offered was to take another clients carpark who had just checked in and didn’t need it. after we had parked (again) we got to the lobby and asked to change car parks yet again as another client had a large car and couldn’t park in the the lower levels of which we did. all this took up over 45 mins of our time and we ended up being late for our function. wondered what would have happened if no other car parks were available. Apartment was clean but smelled of stale cigarette smoke. was not told prior to check in about an extra $200 bond.

very central to everything 5 minute walk from Starbucks and some small supermarkets (the bigger ones were about a 15 minute walk across the bridge). amazing view from the apartment. wifi was good for the most part it cut out twice in the month we were there but apart from that it was great and very fast. staff were very friendly and helpful always providing us with toilet roll, washing up liquid etc. shop right next door which was very convenient. air con and fan in every room which was great and it had a dishwasher which was very handy. don’t know why this place gets such harsh reviews we loved our stay and would definitely book again

you couldn’t smoke on the balcony which we thought was a bit strange. also it is very close to the train line so you could hear the trains but this wasn’t an issue for us as you tune it out after a while. also there was a faint buzzing noise from the corridor which we could hear but wasn’t loud so didn’t bother us. could of done with a few more kitchen utensils and plates but we made do we just had to run the dishwasher every couple of days. the hot tub was out of order when we stayed here we would of liked to use it.

In Brisbane for a charity riding event, five friends stayed across two apartments in this perfectly-located building. The apartments were spacious, had all we needed and the rooftop space was lovely for an after-ride champagne. Right on top of South Bank restaurants, walking paths and various cultural opportunities, it was perfect for us.

Despite booking two rooms together. we were placed across different floors and security meant we could not visit each other. This was problematic a few times. The building is probably showing some wear and tear.

Great price, clean room+linen+amenities, huge wrap around balcony, fantastic city views, comfortable beds, well furnished, internal access from parking, secure parking, friendly staff. Full-size fridge! The two bedroom suite had ensuite bathrooms and were positioned privately away from each other. Fantastic stay!

No major issues. Is a tricky spot for parking to check-in BUT staff are super helpful and give good directions to the secure parking. You can hear trains when you're on the balcony, don't remember hearing it when in bed though so again, no problem.

We were pleasantly surprised with the apartment as it was fully furnished with bedlinen, fully equipped kitchen with utensils and crockery. Everything about the apartment was good except the bedside lamps were non functional as the bulbs had blown and no one bothered to ensure that they were replaced. They weren't checked each time someone vacated the apartment. I went to the reception and reported. I was told that a handyman would turn up on Sunday. He did not show up At the reception desk another set of young girls on duty noted this matter and said that they'll arrange for a handyman to look into it. Yes, someone did turn up on the evening of 6th March. The first 3 nights were without a beside lamp. So we had to turn on the ceiling light each time someone went to the toilet at night. The reception desk failed to provide me with a receipt for the charges for 4 nights stay.

The absence of bedside lamps and the bulbs weren't replaced until the afternoon of 6th March

The apartment was clean and tidy, the staff pleasant and helpful. Well situated close to restaurants and entertainment.

We were disappointed that the 2nd and 3rd bedroom didn't appear to be air-conditioned. On booking we also thought the 2nd bedroom was furnished with a double bed. Bedrooms were small and the wardrobe couldn't be accessed easily as a bed was snug up against it.Ensuite shower door handle on the exterior was missing and was found in the bathroom cabinet. The grout in the Ensuite is separated in 2 areas....wall movement? The ironing board was impossible to erect as it appeared the locking mechanism was broken.

Location on roof top to see the NYE fireworks was excellent. The whole apartment had amazing views. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff friendly.

For 4 adults in a 2 bedroom apartment, we needed more tea towels, rubbish bags, washing up liquid and dishwasher powder. Only had 3 plates all mismatched. Spa wasn’t working either.

could have been cleaner- dust on tile ledges in bathrooms, bedroom carpet needs shampooing, a few minor maintenance issues that I let receptionist know about. bedrooms that don’t have aircon in the 3 br appt need security screens on sliding doors to patio so can have airflow and feel safe at night, unable to fully feel secure unless doors closed and locked , but then room is stuffy. our apartment view was to railway line and noisy , ok for 1 night.
