It was clean

Property was booked and fully paid for in June 2022, for September stay, with exception of $15 pet which we’d arrange payment on arrival. confusion occurred with person at Motel stating we owed full amount for the accommodation . This was not the case. Explaining to person on phone only outstanding fee was pet fee. person on phone then agreed that full accommodation had been paid and we now owed $25 pet fee. This was not what was agreed to back in June.( was $15 pet fee). After some discussion, person agreed with $15 pet fee as originally arranged. just feel like something was not right and person on phone trying to get credit card and obtain extra money!!

Excellent location, easy to find and close to shopping mall, fast food outlet and the CLUB. walk distance to river and Coolangatta and the ocean- sunday markets stretched along the beachfront reserve.... Friendly efficient reception. very comfortable accommodation: hot shower, comfortable bed, a recliner lounge chair... and all amenities. parking at the front door. Even a lovely pool area.

Close to clubs, bus stops into and out of tweed and Coolangatta. Shopping centres close by.

Difficult to access driveway from Tweed Heads, payment was made to an earth moving company bases in Toowoomba not Blue Pelican motel, sounds like a bit of tax evasion. It was difficult to get assistance or information from management as the office door was closed during daylight hours. Difficult to get room serviced, ie cleaning, rubbish removal, vacuuming, shampoo and conditioners, soap, tea, coffee and sugar. Needs new mattresses and pillows.

The location was easy enough to find. Car parking was not a problem. The unit was very clean and comfortable The bed was very comfortable. The whole package was wonderful.

I have no concerns at all a 10 all the way. Walking to restaurant was a peace of cake We had a triathlon competition at Kingscliff which was 15 mins away It was quiet and comfortable

Very friendly lady on reception. Very refreshing to arrive with a smile and enough information to get to your room with no fuss. I visit friends and the location is perfect and this was my second stay and I'm sure there will be more.

Only issue I had was working the TV but I only would have watched an hour all weekend. So not a real issue for me.

great little motel for an overnighter - immaculately clean and fresh, not a whiff of mould in the room we had! Furnishings were not tired or rundown like many motels of that age. clearly updated where needed. it was nice to stay in a non-chain, independent motel. we had a family room and the kitchenette for a motel had all 4 cutlery, bowls, glasses - nothing amiss or broken. mini fridge worked really well and quiet (u know how sometimes they are very inadequate) - we loaded it up and everything was very cool the next morning. quality sheets and towels, and the shower was great! Beds were just fine - comfy without being decrepit. the star was the recliner in excellent condition which my kids loved to sit in. the bowlo opposite had a good range of meals although we ended up menulog cause kids got too tired. red rooster is around the corner if you are desperate. whilst on a large road, it wasn't noisy either.

more powerpoints being fussy but if you are travelling with 4 people who have multiple devices to charge, it was a bit of a rotation to get them all done harder pillows but that's my personal preference

The owner went above and beyond to supply us with any stuff we needed no matter what! He was so kind

Some residents were noisy but what can you do about it!

The location was good. Close to everything we needed.

There was no power points in one of the bedrooms. I had to purchase a 5 metre electric lead. There was no remote for aircon. Pillows were not surportive

really pleasant staff, helpful excellent customer service, rooms immaculate clean and always well presented, toiletries and towels and really excellent I can travel with my fur family ((: amazing

The staff were absolutely exceptional, definitely, the best customer service I've ever experienced, I would say reception staff were better than any 5-star resort I've ever stayed at, I am so impressed and will most definitely be back. The room was on the smaller side but as a young woman who travels alone it was all I needed, it was clean and well maintained, I was very comfortable and felt very welcomed, great first experience staying in tweed.
