Easy to find locatation and handy for our needs. Walking distance to shopping centre and a variety of takeaway shops. Convenient keycode locking door and check out with button in room. Clean and Private.

Pipes or some kind of noise could be heard through the walls. A remote for the air conditioning would be handy as we found it was on a timer when it switched it self on in the middle of the night. Having to get up and find the controls on the wall to switch it off.

location close to shopping and busses, security of building, condition of building. I would stay at this location again. the bedroom was small but we made do by moving the bed away from one wall.

communication between booking.com and the accommodation was very poor. I sent 5 emails via your website to change the checkout day and they did not get any of them what a waste of time. I called the accommodation on the day we were to check in and they knew nothing about the change. I was not happy with the parking arrangements. I paid for a spot in the secure parking ( late booking on the day of arrival) and it was over booked. if I had been told it was full I would have made other arrangements. if the shower was made a little smaller the bedroom would be bigger and both room would be better.

Pretty good location and reasonable price as it’s a two minute walk to the shops. Good standard of amenities in the apartment itself.

Could’ve been a bit cleaner. We didn’t get a bath mat and the tiles are slippery. It’s difficult getting to and from the property by car. The parking wasn’t great. The biggest issue though were the other customers, I don’t know if they were long term residents but they were playing music loudly out the front of their apartment and smoking (it’s meant to be non smoking) and giggling like lunatics. We spent no time in the lounge room cause they were so loud and stinky. Laundry dryer was useless and didn’t dry our clothes.

I would have liked a change of towels , linen and a clean half way through our week long stay. When l looked on line to book, the rooms were on one level and we would have been able to seperate the bedroom by shutting doors from the rest of the area. We ended up in an apartment that had stairs up to the bedroom, noise bounced off every wall and made it difficult to relax in our normal routines.

The rooms were great, very clean and tidy. Really like the easy access to the grass out front and the park at the back of the complex which made travelling with my dogs much easier.

The parking when I arrived was not ideal. Also, before I checked in I was switched to a different area. I called and was switched back wihout any drama but it happened twice and I had been moved back to the other room when I arrived to check in. Had no one been there it would have been difficult for me.

Room was very comfortable. Kitchen was very useful we used for breakfast and preparing our lunches.

The bathroom. Even though we requested a spa room I was unable to climb over the edge of bath to have a shower. I had to get my husband to help. Being 5’2 and 65 didn’t help. I also couldn’t reach the tapes to turn on shower before getting in.

Consider this as a partial review for Jesmond executive villas. Replacement apartment was good and location was very convenient. The issue with replacement apartment was that it was noisy from the patrons of Hungry Jacks next door, lack of free parking, no/clearly marked laundry facility and lack of onsite reception/staff.

I had booked studios at Jesmond Executive villas but on the day of check in I got a text message with details of Azzuro apartment which is walking distance from Jesmond Executive villas. I didn't receive any call from Jesmond saying my accommodation has been moved to Azzuro apartment. I still went to Jesmond reception and asked whats going on and I was told that someone in the room I had booked had got Covid. It was good that they had identified appropriate accommodation but it would have been excellent if they would have notified me via call.

Pleasantly surprised at the room which was almost new. Clean and tidy and very clean. Struggled a bit with the codes to enter the room and garage until i became used to it. Could have done without the fire alarm going off and having to evacuate the building but as it was a new building there would be gremlins in the works. Fire brigade was quick and we were soon back in our rooms on a false alarm. Pub across the road served up great meals at a reasonable price and having a supermarket so close made shopping much easier for an out of towner.

Loved it so much for the price . Will definitely be back again . Also a great location pub across the road hungry jacks , close to shopping village too. Love the layout of the room lots of space and clean and bit modern too . Also loved the keypad entry and how they send u a code for ur room when it’s ready . And all the codes U will need. Love the wifi aswell and how u can use chrome cast . The tv is awesome itself with 4K and movie like sound .

Not really something we didn’t like but just something to note for the staff , the door handle to the bathroom was loose almost like it was going to fall off soon, ans the shower tap was back wards . Where it said cold it was actually hot and vice versa . But these are tiny things didn’t even bother us at all. Also one thing though we brought our PlayStation and the tv was too far from the closest PowerPoint to plug in the PlayStation so we had to go and buy a power outlet thing so it was closer . Also couldn’t connect PlayStation wifi to the JV Guest wifi network . Kept saying can’t connect . We ended up using hotspot .

The facilities were very well designed and clean, very close to all forms of transport especially the bus, across the road to mall and great shops.

The access to the property is on a main and very busy highway, We drove and had our car, the parking is very tight and it was very hard to exit because you will have to wait a good 10mins for traffic. Noise Pollution is real, because it’s on a busy main highway, the traffic is very noisy, even some of the travellers staying there are very loud, We had a sleepless night before departure because of the couple screaming and shouting at 1am to morning. It is very noisy and it is very echoey from the outside of the property even when people are talking, you will hear the traffic outside your windows even though the windows are closed.
