Finding the parking and reception in the dark

3 bedrooms, comfy beds,modern and stylish, large spaces, well equipped to cater for 4 adults and a 15yo. Walking distance to jetty and marina as well as Muttonbird island.

location really. Had no idea there was a rail line right in front so lots of toots and noise during the night. Also free/illegal campers on the other side of the tracks were quite dodgy and there was plenty of swearing and fighting in the darker hours (not the property’s responsibility but created an unsafe feeling) Was expecting to be on the top level with a view. Underground car park couldn’t fit our Hilux with roof fittings so had to leave on the street which we were concerned about as held our trade tools. The cleaning smell was overpowering, way too strong, and caused a lot of sneezing for some. They may consider using an odour eliminator instead of overpowering smells with cleaning chemicals.

Great location, lift to upper floors from secure car park, apartment was spacious with a large balcony and great views. Apartment was well equipped and really clean (even the outdoor furniture was clean and ready to use). Onsite pools were great. Easy walk to beach, shops and lots of eateries and the restaurant down stairs was excellent. After hours check in was easy, staff were really nice and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

It is located close the the train line but our room had double glazing so noise was not a problem.

location—walking distance to Jetty, beach and even to Muttonbird Island. Next to train line and we can see trains passing from our balcony which was a bonus for our two year old who constantly asking to see Choo Choo train.😂 Apartment is very spacious and modern. kitchen is well equiped. Our kids came down with some bugs dying travel and couldn’t go out for one day so this apartment really made our stay so comfortable. Netflix, YouTube and Huge TV with second TV all massive bonus and surprise. Love the solid wooden furniture and touch of artwork. Would definitely come back again.

Washing powder only for one wash. We washed clothes 3 times and so we had to go to supermarket to buy a massive box of washing powder which we couldn’t finish as we were told they only supplied initial batch of essential stuff. For nearly $400 per night can you pls be a bit more generous? Also if you can get a peeler for the kitchen that will be so helpful.

It was a nice spacious apartment. With good size bathrooms and great laundry and a full size kitchen. The view out over the pool and gardens was really nice and relaxing. The balcony was really big to air clothes out on or sit around the large table. The beds were comfortable and really nice to sleep in as most places the beds are bad. It has secured underground carparking for each individual apartment block. The pools were clean and great to use. The toilet/change room was nice and clean. The BBQ area is nice and neat located between both pools. Its nice and close to the jetty and the jetty restaurant strip. We could walk to the dolphin centre down the road 2min walk. The fish and chip shop down the alley way near the car mechanic shop opposite the oval was fantastic, the locals all seem to go there then head down to coffs river about a 1min walk away to eat. Great walk to Mutton bird island which is get a sunrise and sunset. The local coles is about a 3min drive or a 20min walk away. You can see the planes fly overhead which is great for kids and adults alike. You can take 1 road and your straight to A1 highway to the Big Banana which is about 5mins drive away. In the reception area there is heaps of info for what to do around Coffs Harbour We will definitely try and stay there again when we come up next time

Some people may not like the train that comes through a couple of times a day. We were closest to the rail line and we didnt hear it that much when we went to sleep. Our 5yr and 3yr old were in the front room and didn't hear anything.

Only thing that we were disappointed in was internet , we could not get signal,or very hit & miss, this was not good we also couldnt get tv to work until we realized that the set top was in the cupboard,it wouldn't work until the draw was opened,we worked it out but took a while

it was so big. We were in a 3 bedroom apartment and had a pool right outside our back door. I stayed here with 3 kids and there was plenty of space. Close to shops and beach.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and well presented. Procedure for check in easy.

Train noise at rear. Couldn't get TV to work after following instructions provided. Then found batteries needed replacing in one of the remotes. Both remotes have different batteries. AAA's in one and AA's in the other. Suggest these be checked prior as trying to work out how to change the batteries and then having to source some is not what you want to be doing when you just arrive.

This apartment was absolutely huge. Incredibly well equipped, modern and very comfortable. Very suitable for a family with children - two pools, barbque area, grassed area for play etc in a very well fenced garden. Close to the marina which, after a long drive, gave opportunity for a scenic walk and fresh sea air. We loved it and would choose it again. Restaurant downstairs serving excellent italian fare.

The main northern rail line runs directly behind. While the very occasional trains are fairly quiet they blow their whistles as they approach the rail/road crossing.However, it wouldn’t take long till you didn’t notice them. The property is a bit hard to find. While the address is No. 22 Orlando St the property has a massive “2” on it only.

Everything. The location, facilities, room was spacious & clean. Check in & out process was easy.. Private entry to apartment blo k. Location to the Harbour, beaches & the beautiful historic Jetty was an easy 100m. Stroll away. Very central and a quick drive to most attractions.

The room smelt sterilised. We is great to know its clean, but maybe spray with a room spritzer afterwards.
