Vibe Hotel Canberra

I had an excellent experience during my recent stay at Vibe Hotel Canberra. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to both the airport and the city center. Having all necessary services on-site, including parking and dining with room service, made my stay convenient. The customer service was outstanding, with every staff member displaying professionalism and friendliness. A special shoutout to Ali at reception for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Even the parking attendants were incredibly friendly! We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, thanks to the understanding and accommodating nature of the hotel staff. The room exceeded our expectations, being spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed and more. Overall, I highly recommend Vibe Hotel Canberra for a fantastic stay in the capital. Will definitely be back.

Location - so easy if having an early flight, just a short walk from the terminal; sparkling clean room, spacious bathroom, very quiet - no noise from the airport at all. It goes at a cost - windows don't open, bur aircon was very efficient. Fantastic staff!- I made a mistake booking a smaller room at lower floor (to be fair, it wasnt clear from the description), which was OK but music and noise from a lobby was a distraction. We asked if they can move us higher and got an upgraded room on L5, at no extra cost, and that one was fantastic! may not always be the available, so please check carefully what you book.

King bed was comfortable, but pillows are too soft for me, didn't sleep well.

The architecture is very impressive, with the "circle" shape repeating consistently and providing a modern, edgy atmosphere. The lounge, with its background music constantly paying, improves the mood even more, making us feel like we are in a cool, high-class environment. Location close to the airport is OK if you come by plane, it becomes easy to rent a car and solve thing related to the trip. Also, Canberra being like it is, there is no much advantage in staying at the "CBD", a car would still be needed to move around efficiently.

Not as clean as it could be. The most important things were clean: beds, toilets, tables and chairs. But if you dig deep you find plenty of dust in the room. I understand that cleaning the dozens of large circles at the window is a nightmare for the housekeeping staff, but if you want your edgy architecture to really impress the guests, you better go all in and keep everything clean. But there was also lots of dust at the higher parts of the toilet doors (again, not super important, but it does not look nice). Finally, the room, as goo as it looks, is really small, and privacy is impossible, with the toilet some 3 m from the bed.

The hotel is beautiful. Very nicely furnished and decorated and really spacious. The staff at reception were super friendly and the waitress at lunch was nice. The guy that poured our beers was not so outgoing and could have made more of an effort to provide good customer service. Our room was lovely, really comfortable and very sound proof. The location so close to the airport is an added bonus. Our lunch of fish and chips and a cheeseburger with chips was very nice..

Disappointed with the tiny menu for lunch and dinner. It was explained to us that our stay was during the quiet period and it wasn't feasible to have big menu options due to wastage etc but possibly a few extra light choices could be added, such as wraps or even toasties. We went next door to Subway to bring back dinner to our room.

The room was very beautiful, especially the bathroom. The bed was a great size and very comfortable. The floor length mirror gets a 10 from me because too many hotels only have half length and it’s harder to do your makeup and check your outfit. The view from the gym was stunning and the location was great for if you need to catch a flight, you can just walk there. The lobby area was like a dream, so beautiful to walk into.

The hotel was great, the only improvement suggestion could be to add a fan into the gym because it was quite warm in there, and potentially upgrade the tv in the rooms to be slightly bigger due to the length away from the bed! It wasn’t terrible and it was easy to watch, but hotel rating would increase with bigger tv.

Customer service is amazing, and the staff are always happy to help with a smile and positive attitude. I love the whole atmosphere of this hotel. Especially being able to sit by the fire in the lobby area after coming in from the cold! The whole lobby area is very well presented and set out in a way that accommodates many different needs and uses. The seating around the fire pit is so unique and definitely one of our favourite spots. The rooms are spacious and well presented with everything being clean and easily accessible. I needed my room for an additional few hours after the complimentary late check out, which the staff happily accommodated for me at a reasonable price, this saved me from having to go out in the cold and rain to wait. The underground parking was really great as well and made coming and going very easy with the number plate reader so we didn’t have to put down the car window in the cold! The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for our needs!

The mattresses are on the firm side. Perhaps being able to get an additional mattress topper that I could have put on the bed would have been really appreciated! However that is just my personal preference.

Vibe hotel lives up to it's name, with a pleasant, buzzy vibe — reception, lounge and restaurant were busy when I walked in, which is a lovely feeling. The decor is fresh and quirky. I asked the woman at reception whether it had been recently refreshed, because it all looked so new, but no, she said they just take great care of it. Good management! Staff were very friendly and efficient. My room was spotless and well designed for work and sleep. I found myself considering when I could next stay at this hotel — not a thought one usually associates with airport hotels. Altogether a great and experience after a fairly gruelling work trip. Thank you!

Easy 150m walk from Canberra airport terminal. Rooms are exceptional large for motel room accommodation. King size beds are of superior standard and comfort. Ensuite is large and well appointed with everything you need. Excellent dinner menu to choose from and the $20 breakfast had multiple selections to choose from....great value. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Great place, I would definitely stay again.

Weekend stays do have a reduced dinner menu to chose from but what is available is still very good. Other than that I could not find a fault with this hotel.

The decor was interesting and one of our rooms were quite spacious and well organised. We liked the quite location and were grateful for the kind concierge and staff. The lobby was very nice and we made use of it for some meetings and studies.

Our second room, a family room for four was quite cramped and a bit suffocating. It seemed smaller than the other room which was wonderful in comparison. We tried requesting a larger room but it was not possible due to bookings and the time. A prior note was made to have the AC turned on a few hours before we arrived as we prefer a colder climate and had been travelling for hours but unfortunately this was not done.

If you are travelling and looking for a great place to stay, Vibe Hotel Canberra is an excellent choice. My stay there on June 23 was wonderful as the hotel is conveniently located just 500m from the airport. The hotel is modern, and clean, and offers ample car parking, including EV charging stations. The car parking fee was $11 per night, which is equivalent to airport parking. The rooms were spacious and immaculately kept. The buffet breakfast at $20 per person was on par with any quality hotel buffet breakfast. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic value-for-money option for those seeking accommodation near the airport. I will definitely be staying here again.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. I have no concerns whatsoever.
