the staff was sooo friendly and the food was delicious

a few problems with the water in our room ( but they were quickly solved by the staff )

The hotel is beautifully designed with lush landscaping that makes it feel like an oasis. The room was well-appointed with a very comfortable bed, great linens, and stunning bathroom. The enormous shower had excellent water pressure. We enjoyed a nice lunch in the restaurant, and were impressed by the quality of the food and cocktails.

The pool on the roof terrace is smaller than I anticipated, and not really welcoming for swimming. I also was surprised the room did not have a mini-fridge.

I really enjoyed the place, is beautiful. The rooms, the shower and all the amenities are excellent. The service is great too. They try to please you everytime. I scheduled a Spa treatment at Rodavento and they arrange a transportation service for free. They allowed our pet to be almost everywhere. During our stay there was an event at the restaurant and they allowed us to get to The roof area with her. They also offered a bed and plates for her. Free water during our whole stay and nespresso capsules.

They had an event at the restaurant and it was downstairs of our room. All day they were having a conference with microphones and we were unable to relax at the lovely terrace in our room. The food at the restaurant needs to improve.

The hotel itself is very well maintained and the staff is very accommodating. The gardens are well kept and the views to town are incredible. The rooms are well set up with everything a guest might need.

The thin walls. We had to ask to change rooms because we could hear our neighbors through the wall. The front desk was very accommodating and asked us if we wanted them to ring our neighbors to keep it down but the neighbors were just conversing not partying. The front desk did get us a room on the other side of the hotel which was much quieter.

staff is AMAZING…especially Maria and Fernanda at the front desk…from beginning to end they were impeccable in their service. then the property is beautiful…a merge of nature and tasteful design throughout…marrying the two beautifully.

Facilities and location are amazing

Staff needs more training in customer service. Is way below the standard in Mexico. Restaurant is average with a limited menu.

The room and the rest of the building were beautiful. The location was excellent and Valle de Bravo was very charming. The service was great as were the bar and restaurant.

The room was a bit hot at night and it was unclear if the air conditioner was working (or was available at all).

room and property were absolutely beautiful. Not sure why this is a 3 star hotel. it should be 4-5 in my opinion. loved the turn down service and daily breakfast in the courtyard. can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful location and staff, facilities could not be better, part of a three hotel group. Went to the spa for the most marvelous spa experience I have ever had at a very good promotional rate. Loved all of it.

Great rooms and the courtyard setting was welcoming. The staff were attentive and service throughout was great. The location meant easy access to the main parts of the town.
