Great location and facilities. The room was fantastic!

The weiters were very tip focused, when they served paid breakfast they did’t do much effort, you had to ask for everything walking to the bar where they waited for the end of the shift. In the evening the same guys were smiling, focused on rich customers, who looked tiping a lot. The tip policy looked a bit aggresive to me, asking for 15% as default, 20% with smile or 22% with huge smile in the bill.

Nice pool. Small but functional gym. Location at the Malecon and in 2 minutes walking distance to the historic center. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

All rooms with 'city view' also look out on the back of the hotel with trash etc. and with a lot of noise from the airco for the entire hotel. The room does not close properly, so even with the with closed windows you could hear the constant humming of the airco outside. The airco inside the room is very old and very noisy. The safe in the room works with a key rather than a code so that is less convenient and less safe (since you could lose the key or it could be stolen). Charging drinks etc. to the room is a bit bureaucratic.

The location was really good. The Hotel is located between the beach and the historic district. There's a pool but I did not have time to take a dip.

The taxes added to the cost of the hotel. The cost of the hotel was okay but the taxes were excessive. Booking.com should include the cost of taxes in the cost. When we were getting ready for bed, we discovered the bathroom sink was clogged - water would not go down the drain. We called room service, but after waiting for 20 minutes, we gave up and went to bed - using the shower to wash our faces and brush our teeth.

Really Good Hotel

We asked for rooms with sea view but are too expensive per day in comparison with city view rooms. The bufet is too expensive as well considering that does not have variety of dishes for choice. Only a few options in the bufet. I think could to add more local dishes, not only meatballs and chicken, with sauage. Campeche has plenty typical dishes to add.

Excellent location, 3 minute walk from city center. Great staff, always willing to help and great pool area. The room was very comfortable.

There was a happy hour in the bar but we had no idea it existed. I think they should place bigger announcement for this type of information. Also, the price booking gave me in the app was not the one I was charged, it varied in approx. 15 dlls (MX$300). I think this is a problem with booking, not with the hotel.

The view from the balcony was fantastic, across the Campeche sign and the water, a great spot for sunsets. The pool was large, clean and refreshing, and the cocktails at the bar during happy hour were also excellent. The main gate to the walled city is just behind the hotel which makes it one of the best locations in town.

Due to people attending functions every night at the hotel meant there was no parking in the main carpark and we had to park around the back each night. We also had an issue with a broken aircon in our room which took a few complaints before a resolution was offered. We were eventually offered another room which was much better.

Great hotel lovely views, fantastic location defo recomend for a nice weekend away.

The only slight down side was we booked for 3 adults but room was prepared for 2. We asked for additional towels which they brought but only coffee for 2. This is me being very picky but this didn't take away from a fantastic stay.

Very clean and comfortable room

Air conditioning system could be better. Did not get as cold as I would have liked. Shower was not as hot as I would have liked.

Excellent location! Beautiful facilities. Nice and attentive staff. Elegant lobby and bar decor. The restaurant food was good. We ordered sandwiches to go in the morning to take to Edzna. The service was slow, but that is because they were setting up the breakfast buffet, which looked good. The room was big, the shower and toilet pressure were good, the lobby was beautiful, my room overlooked the angel and malecon. The beds were softer than the usual hard beds in Mexico. Large balcony. The A/C and Wi-Fi worked well. Fast check in and check out.

The hallway rugs were a little dingy. The walls were thin. No mini fridge or microwave.

The location is perfect, the rooms are updated and clean. The staff are courteous and very friendly.

One of the elevators broke during our stay and it didn’t get fixed so we had to use the stairs a lot. It got tiresome when our key got deactivated and it we had to go up and down about three times because it was failing to unlock the room.
