Friendly staff that were very helpful, good location in old quarter, roof garden. Out 6 yo boy loved the place.

Location is great! Very central to everything but it can be very loud at night. Staff is amazing! So friendly and helpful! Rooms are very clean and comfortable although the beds are harder than I’d like them to be.

The pool was cold and has hazardous steps. Watch your feet! The bar wasn’t in an easy location to utilize the rooftop garden. And not the hotel’s fault but you’re right in the middle of the party neighborhood so it stays LOUD all night. The hotel provides earplugs but it’s just not enough if you want to sleep in complete silence.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location for localised look see but inconvenient for out of town outings on weekends because streets get closed off for walking streets so drivers can't drop you at the hotel. In the old quarter so it's very busy.

The staff where the best part of this hotel.. they were so friendly great English and extremely helpful we booked all our tours in the hotel for great price pick up and drop off at hotel all the time in air conditioned bus with WiFi and free water. The breakfast was great huge variety of vuentmese food with fresh fruit every day fried eggs and omelettes bread salads yogurts something for everyone. The rooms were comfy cleaned every day provide loads of wash stuff safe fridge etc the room is dated but it suited us fine. Beds very comfy. Hotel has spa and I got massage and manicure and pedicure for like 40 euro amazing. For the price we paid it was amazing

The only bad thing is it's on BEER STREET and the nose goes till 2 am but hotel provide eat buds .. still can hear it . But the hotel is central. Facilities are dated and ok clean.

the staff in this hotel were professional, friendly, helpful and kind. I had my phone stolen (from my backpack while walking around) and they went above and beyond to help me obtain a police report ( didn’t get it in the end as police here are ever so unhelpful) They prepared a packaged breakfast for us as we were leaving early on a tour. if you are going to Nahn Binh let her book for you. Chris - our guide was fantastic and price was less. The room was clean, neat and tidy. I read other reviews and was a bit dubious about noise but it was fine. weekend nights are definitely noisier. Pool was great! lovely and cool after being outside in the heat. breakfast was fantastic- not European style - YOU are travelling to Asia so get over yourselves and expect to eat their food otherwise stay at home! they will cook you eggs and made fresh noodle soup. We had dinner in the restaurant the last night and regret not eating every meal there!! it was so delicious and the staff were amazing! special mention for Minh, lovely young man who has studied in Australia so has fantastic English. Eat the rice cake dumplings- I’ll dream about those forever! it is so central in in the middle of everything! supermarket down the road, chemist, massages ( I don’t rate them. ) Buy your beers in the supermarkets…a quarter of the price.

The bed was hard.. lol! my Man loved it but I like a softer bed. remember to turn air con on as you enter the room.. takes a bit t cool down but I put wet washers in the fridge so used them on ourselves until it cooled down.

Wow! From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out, we were always met with professional and friendly staff at reception, in the restaurant, and in the hallways by housekeeping. Every staff member here, goes above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable and memorable stay.

Being in the heart of the old quarter, this area can get noisy. When I checked in I was informed of this by the staff and since I’m a light sleeper, they thankfully moved me to a room that experiences less noise from outside. I’m beyond thankful that the staff were honest and told me about this

The personnel of this hotel located in the heart of Hanoi old quarters and night life locals and restaurant is friendly, super polite and helpful with information and other needs such as booking taxis and more. Breakfast is mainly composed by local vietnamese food, but they make wonderful eggs and omelettes, and the coffee and tea are good! The room are clean and cozy; the only thing that might bother a guest are the noises of night life coming from the outside (even though the rooms have isolated Windows). The trick is to walk and visit a lot throughout the day; you’d be so exhausted you’d sleep like logs and would’t hear not even a fly.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, there was good communication prior to our arrival as our internal flight was slightly delayed and they had arranged a driver to pick us up at a very reasonable price. Kim was great and we loved chatting to her. The location was just as advertised, right in the centre of the action. We had a room with a balcony, which was lovely with two seats where we had a morning coffee and watched the world go by or you could have an evening drink. We weren't bothered by any noise, yes we were aware of it but the room had two sets of doors on to the balcony do you could hardly hear it. The roof terrace was lovely and the swimming pool a great addition, although I only used it once for a quick swim. The breakfast choice was very good and again the staff were very friendly. I also really liked the cup and saucer in the room provided for the complimentary coffee or flavoured tea, it was a good size and very pretty.

The location was in the centre of the old city with walking distance to good food, markets & other activities. Room was good size & very clean with bar fridge & free bottled water daily. The wifi was fine. There was a pool available which appeared clean. The staff could not have been more helpful nor more delightful. Tours were readily organised as was our car trip back to the airport. Advise on shopping places & specific food places were always accurate. Breakfast was plentiful in quantity & variety. We would be very happy to stay in future visits to Hanoi.

Great location on the edge of the old quarter. Room was spacious. Balcony was a little small but you could sit on the chairs and overlook beer street. Can be noisy until midnight so if a light sleeper use the ear plugs that are provided or get a room overlooking the pool. Breakfast was buffet style with a great selection of foods including an egg Station. If taking the No 86 bus from airport, the hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the bus stop. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again when in Hanoi.
