great location to go walk around old quarter. just 300 meters walk to Hoàn Kiếm Lake Park. it's located on 35 P. Hàng Quạt, a well known road by a taxy /limo services. the best one is road facing room (level 5 or 6), and enjoy a nice sunrise before start your morning.

need to publish online, or have a small website. i already stay here couple times before renovation and renamed (as golden sun suite). publish it will make easy to using application (grab /bee /mai linh) that use map service (waze /gmaps /etc.).

The rooms were nice, the aircon was good, and a great location for exploring the old town of hanoi. Breakfast was hit and miss each day ( for example, the spaghetti bolognese was a miss) , but there was always great fresh fruit, bread and a soup option.

It really seemed like the hotel wasn't interested in us anymore once they realized we weren't buying any tours from them. The female receptionist even told us that the company we had already booked a tour with didn't exist...( it did and was a highlight of the trip). Was only about 10 minutes of unpleasantness, and after that the stay was fine...hence the 8...but was the first hotel I rated below 9 on our trip...

Extremely friendly staff, very good sized room with an awesome bed and fast secure WIFI. Located a short walk from Beer Street and all the restaurants around it. Hotel organised an arrival transfer as I arrived late at night, which was efficient and fair value. Will stay again if they sort out the breakfast.

The breakfast lacked any Western options apart from omelet's, and was not replenished once items were taken so options were very limited if you were last to breakfast. The Manager assured me this would be addressed going forward as this was the only negative of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was central to all the local activities and attractions which made this place an ideal home base for our family. The breakfast was wonderful with great selection and always fresh. The service was amazing with their 24/7 staff available for all our needs. They provided great communication to us prior to the trip and took note of our check in time so that our room was available when we checked in after a long flight. They even stored our luggage when we had to check out for a couple of nights on another excursion and returned to the same hotel.

The only thing that was unusual was the trash that was outside on the street next to the hotel but I think that is how the city deals with their trash pick up. There was no way to avoid the smell on trash day.

Everything was way better that I could expect for that price. It's on a very convenient location and everything you want to see on the old quarter is basically 5 to 8 min walk. The service from the front desk was top and also the breakfast everyday: in site omelette and pho! Wide choice of breakfast and change everyday. Room was big, confy and quiet. There are some bun cha restaurants nearby and the street is not so busy, so it's less crowded. They try very hard to help their customers and accommodate our needs: they even cared enough to ask my departure flight and offer me a complimentary late check out. Very polite and attentive door boy helped me with my luggage and was always smiling. Can't wait to visit them again!!

Everything was so over my expectations that can't complaint about anything.

Location was excellent for activities in the Old Town such as Water Puppet theater and the Hoab Kiem lake. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Reception was efficient & helpful. Will stay here again next time in Hà Nội.

Breakfast was repetitive if you stay for several days. Some items seemed to have been from the previous day(s). Coffee pot was not refilled quickly, even after request. The waitstaff was friendly though.

The staff is really friendly and always tried their best. We had 2 rooms with a connecting door, they were both really clean and spacious. One of the rooms had a giant rainfall shower. Also the shampoo they provided was surprisingly nice for a hotel. The breakfast selection changed every day. The rooms were really quiet at night, I usually wake up from the slightest noise, but here I slept through almost every night.

The water pressure in the showers was pretty weak.

During second month in Vietnam we are very cautious about good property rating. However it really lived up the expectation of 9+. Clean and big room. Great and generous beeakfast and staff that nicely assisted me several times. Booked this three times already so this is definetely our hub in Hanoi during north Vietnam trip.

Wifi was on and off in our room.

The staff is adorable. Super helpful and accommodating ! They offered us the free late check out. They organized our transportations (for usually cheaper than Grab). The room was super clean, nothing to say about that ! (I’m very attentive to that). Well located in the Old Quarter.

Wifi is a bit laggy sometimes, or sparse. Works though, but difficult to watch a movie or a video without interruption !

Very spacious rooms in the old quarter of Hanoi. We had the top floor double room with 1 door to enter the rooms and a second door deviding the rooms for our children and us. Both rooms had own bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to the manager Mr. Michael

We told the staff that they could add some more things like ham or cheese to uplift the western breakfast. But for the price we paid, we were happy
