Location is really good Staff was helpful, friendly, polite From the 8th floor, we did not hear the street noise Airport pickup is reliable Pool is on the 9th floor and give you a space to relax. Water was cold in April.

The breakfast was good, the bed was comfy and the facilities were clean enough.
Only one bellboy provided a friendly service, in general the attitude of the staff is serious even little cranky, nothing to worry about it. At the entrance there is only stairs, I had to carry my luggage nobody offered me help.
