The hotel is modern and the room are spacious and well furnished. The bathroom has all the comforts, including a high-tech smart toilet. Room also includes a balcony with a nice view over Hanoi. The staff is extremely kind and always ready to assist.

Unfortunately, the staff did not speak a very good English and sometimes it had been hard to duly communicate and transfer the requests in an efficient way.

Treated to a night away here by the hubby. It is quite something when you drive up and see if for the first time, so shiny!! The lobby and reception area are lovely with a grand piano and lots of light and comfy seats. Check in was straight forward and we ere upgraded which was a nice surprise. Our room on the 7th floor was huge, possibly the biggest and most comfy bed i have ever stayed in. Yes the gold plated bath tub was funny but it was cool to have w bath in it!! The rooftop infinity pool looked great even if the weather was a little overcast. However it was too chilly for me, and it's a shame not to have a roof top bar. We enjoyed one cocktail in the bar before heading out, was nothing amazing for the price and the lounge area felt a little drab without the natural light of the day coming in. All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and we loved how vibrant the local area was with plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy.

There were signs in the room stating no smoking which was great however our room 702 did smell quite considerably of smoke on arrival We were upgraded to a room with a balcony which was a very good size but it was empty - if offering a balcony then I would expect table and chairs to be able to enjoy it

Beautiful gold hotel with friendly staff. We couldn't use the roof top pool because it was too cold, but we loved the golden bathtub (even though the water was lukewarm) the golden toilet, bidet and sink! I wish I knew what they used to do it like that, I would do it at home!

The bar was very nice, but they don't have local wine (the Dalat wine is so much better than the marginally ok wine from Europe they propose) and that area has tons of plum wine, but not on their list. That's the only issue I had. The rest was fantastic!

The infinity roof top pool was with amazing view. Staff was quite helpful and the Room was also very nice.

They charge FULL price for check in before 9 am and HALF price after 9 am. I had requested for early check in and Nothing of this sort was informed via email or msg. I was even ready to pay the amount but then they said that it's last minute and they can't provide me room now. I was traveling with an infant still they didn't try to help out while others were given room.

Incredible room and view. in particular, loved the HUMONGOUS bed and beautiful golden bathtub. In fact, whole bathroom was gorgeous. Infinity pool on the roof is something else. And the staff were outstanding. So lovely and accommodating, and very helpful.

- Could not get the water in the tub to be properly hot :( (hot would turn lukewarm after about 20min of running) - Water in the incredible infinity pool is not warmed up! So as beautiful as it was, we could not quite enjoy it :( - There was a huge, I mean HUGE, cockroach in our room… I have a phobia of those so it made me cry, luckily my partner used a glass to catch it and throw away. The hotel staff were super nice and apologetic about it though, and offered us a free ride to the centre. Apparently it is quite common in Hanoi? but we didn’t see those in any of our other accommodations

the hotel was new and clean and was very luxurious ! Lyn on reception was so welcoming and went out of her way to help me. Even figuring out it was by birthday - from viewing passport and arranging a beautiful birthday cake and card ! So thoughtful and a special touch that made my stay one I will never forget ! Thanks :)

American breakfast in cafe - too big, but ordering room service breakfast was fabulous - and more western options ie Eggs bene, which was delicious ! not their fault but renovations happening on same floor as Spa so my experience in Spa was not that relaxing as noise of construction happening. The spa apologised for this which was good.

- Room is big very comfortable for family (4person) - King Size Bed is big enough for 4 person (2 Adults, 2 Infants) - Clean - Facilities - Location

- Staff is not for 5 stars service - We didn’t get welcome drink - when we checked in the reception said we will make payment when we check in but almost 23.30 they call us for make payment we already sleep that time - need to put deposit 100us per rooms

The farfamed golden hotel. We like the overall design. And the heater works pretty well!

Couldn't believe that same issues from almost every 3 stars hotels in Vietnam happened here! Overall facilities are great but if you take a closer look you'll see unfixed light-control cover, hot water of shower and bathtub won't function well and you'll be showering in a cold bath.
