Quality Inn Okanogan

We checked in on Memorial Weekend 2022. The owner was working the front counter when we arrived at nearly 10 pm. She assigned us a room and we went to our room. When we went to the room it was not clean. There was no bedding on the bed and nothing was done. I went to the front counter and she immediately was very apologetic and with no questions asked she assigned us a new room. The hotel was very clean and the entry way was welcoming. It was a little outdated but that was part of the charm. We slept well on their nice comfy beds. We were awakened to the smell of breakfast and went right down, only to find the owner awake and catering to her clients every need. She was running the counter and refilling the breakfast items in the dining area. That it one hard working lady who is very prideful of her business and the satisfaction she brings to her customers. There was not anything I didn't like. If I could have changed anything it would have been the faint smell of cigarette smoke since it used to be a hotel that you could smoke in. The owner assured me they are doing those items as they can but they really struggled during the pandemic and are now getting back on their feet.

Breakfast was not ready when we left, the coffee was cold, but the fruit was very fresh. They had good wifi and room was big as it was for handicapped and was great.

The coffee pot in the room was ruined by person who was in that room before us, so had no coffee till went to a gas station and bought.

The staff was exceptional! My husband and I were in town for a memorial for my mother and we made a couple of requests that were clearly above and beyond, but the management quickly and happily accommodated us. They did not have to do that for us! I cannot express enough the kindness we received during our stay. We will be back every year!

My only criticism would be that there appeared to be some kind of project going on outside the hotel requiring a piece of equipment which didn’t make it look inviting, but this was likely unavoidable.

The grounds was beautiful. Flowers everywhere. The breakfast was better than continental. The room was very clean and nicely organized.

The restaurant side of the building had a lot of junk in the parking lot and building. Very unappealing.

The woman at the front desk was very pleasant, there was plenty of coffee and choices for breakfast. Plenty of parking. This was our second time staying here, and I'm sure we'll stay again. Pricing is good.

Located right next to the turnoff for highway 20 that leads through Noeth Cascades National Park.

Located about 10 minutes from the nearest food and/or gas station.

Up to date, shows care and pride of owners, clean, comfortable bed and room. Easy access off highway.

The room was nice bed extremely comfortable the staff was great

The room was dirty . Dirt and garbage under the bed. Trash on bottom of and behind the night stand. Trim and baseboards were coming off the wall,exterior needed painted, parking lot needed cleaning. There were druggies coming in and out all night found no drugs in parking lot.

The rooms were comfortable and relatively clean.

The property exterior is in disarray and needs to be cleaned up and tidied up.

The breakfast has a lot of variety. The coffee was actually good, for hotel coffee. Very comfortable bed.

Don't know if it was an oversight but no Kleenex in the room
