The staff was friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. You get what you need for what you pay. A comfortable bed, a clean room, TV, clean bathroom/shower, AC, a desk to work with a super comfy chair, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, wardrobe, and nightstands. Breakfast is included—access to a mini gym and laundry room (not free or included in the price). Great location. Walking distance to Walmart, movie theater, mall, restaurants, etc. We traveled from NY to VA with Amtrak, and the Woodbridge station is 10mins from the hotel.

I stood for 3 days, and every morning during breakfast time, they vacuumed the lobby and entrance, which is 2 steps away from the breakfast area, for a few minutes. Not sure why they needed to do it specifically at that time when there were people having their breakfast, but the vacuum was particularly LOUD and incredibly annoying 😑

This is a basic hotel offering great value for money with very simple offerings, an adequate room and bathroom, as well as great Wi-Fi. The breakfast is self-service and good value for money While the reception is a bit slow, I think it was adequate for the rating and the managers on shift when I checked in and left were very considerate of my international travel and requirements to change flight. It is great value for money, and is right across from a Super Walmart across the street, and walking distance to Potomac Mall. I felt comfortable and will be back again. P.S: Having been conned on Booking.com by a non-existent establishment, I really appreciate an establishment which charges when you arrive! Another plus :-)

The room was clean as well as the bathrooms also. Very comfortable restful stay.

My exterior key lock mechanism wasn't secured properly to the door. The lock functioned fine, I made a note to the front desk staff regarding the external key lock. The breakfast was just waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage patties. There wasn't any fresh fruit available, the drink machine only had cranberry juice and orange juice to select from, and finally the yogurt was in short supply. For future reference, make sure to have fresh fruit and more variety of drinks available for guests.

Great location. 24/7 front desk. Friendly front desk staff. Very clean room. Nice room design. Great shower head and water pressure.

Bad breakfast. Subpar TV (analog, warped, small). Narrow beds (doubles).

The room/bathroom was actually pretty clean. The breakfast was OK, juice machine broken and Capri Suns were available. But the kitchen and whole facility was very clean and the employees were working cleaning both mornings that I was there, the doors, mirrors, etc and we are very detailed oriented travelers!

The side door has a card reader, but the card reader wont work on the end of the hotel near the woods. But, its scary around there and its best to enter through the main door anyway.

It was so easy to book online, especially late (9 p.m.) as we were traveling. I liked that there was a grab bar in the shower, but it wasn't in a functional spot. I liked the shower stall, but the water pressure was really weak. The guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean, the facilities were great - the staff was somewhat friendly. They could have been a bit friendlier. The food was good. Overall, this was a good value for my money.

The staff could have been friendlier and more helpful - like the can tell you where restaurants were in the area, let you know where the post office is, etc.

The couple that owns this establishment are both very personable and run a beautiful hotel. It’s very clean and modern. It’s also very easy to get to off the exit, with plenty of services and shopping. My fiancé and I booked early and stayed over driving home from Florida to New York. A snow storm came in overnight and we were able to stay a second night. The power went out in about half the town. At the hotel, some the the rooms lost power to the heating units. We were moved to another similar room without hassle and the owners were on top of everything to accommodate their guests. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will stay again on our travels. Thank you.

Nice facility, friendly staff. Located close to restaurants, variety of stores for shopping or last minute necessities. They accommodated my request for an additional night when my plans had to be altered, no additional fees, same rate. They had signage advising guests of certain changes due to the pandemic. Housekeeping services limited on Sundays to decrease contact but the front desk personnel did check to see if I needed anything Saturday which I appreciated. Enjoyed my stay, would definitely stay here again

Nothing negative regarding the facility, but the inconsiderate guests who don't know how to use their inside voices and allow their children to stampede up and down the hallway late at night, screaming and yelling for SEVERAL minutes.

The location the comfort the quiet the staff was very nice and accommodating to us a nice breakfast for the morning.

The 2nd floor ice machine didn’t work but it’s only two floors so going downstairs was a little annoying but not really annoying….the fridge didn’t work either … and the door was sometimes hard to get in.
