Location was great, made it easier to get to 81! The beds and bathroom/amenities were fabulous! My grand daughters loved the pool! Plus, we ate at Denny's and the food /service was fantastic!

There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign, some of the towels were stained (it happens) and I did miss having a microwave in the room especially, with the grandkids. Most of all, I could hear alarm clocks going off in the wee hours of the morning and the walls are a little thin as we could hear the people in the room next to us.

Great location with off of I 81. Close to restaurants. Very clean contemporary hotel with swimming pool and fitness center. Great breakfast (oatmeal, veggie egg, sausage, pancakes, cereal, bagels, English muffins, fresh fruit, juice) coffee and tea bar open 24/7 down in lobby as there are no coffee makers in room but it is well stocked with two different kinds of tea, regular and decaf coffee and hot chocolate. Several choices of creamers and sweeteners. There is a communal microwave downstairs as well. Parking was ample and easy/free.affordable price.

Small little assortment of food and snacks/toiletries available for purchase but very expensive (a bottle of water was $3.69) so I suggest bringing your own or purchasing outside at a store.

we’ve seen a homeless woman in front of the hotel on our arrival. The thing is that in the morning, this person sneaked in the hotel and started rummaging in the breakfast buffet. Neither the attendant nor the buffet lady did anything to prevent that. I have nothing against homeless people but when I pay good money for a hotel room, I don’t want to see someone as obviously dirty and unclean to start putting her fingers in the food me and my family are supposed to get.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the bedding clean and comfortable, and location was central to everything we needed.

There were no liners in the trash cans, a large gap between the heating and AC unit base and the wall created a very large gap that left the room very drafty and cold. Though there was a mini fridge, no microwave or coffee maker were in the room, and it was difficult to get to the hotel from the main road as one had to cross through the parking lots of several other businesses to arrive.

Excellent. Nicely buffet of numerous foods. The hostess was very friendly and warm. The variety was awesome.The abundance of choices was much appreciated. I really enjoyed the breakfast and it exceeded my expectations.

The room needed a better cleaning. Example. The vents to the ac were so dirty. I couldn’t settle in until I washed the floor and cleaned the vents in the air and heating system. Woodwork was dusty and dirty. The bathroom was adequately cleaned. Not a major issue since the staff was so nice and welcoming. The bedding was comfortable and immaculate.

comforters on bed were thin and strange (slid off the bed very easily), not very many breakfast options and powdered eggs were gross, TV did not have very many channels at all

The facilities and staff were amazing. There was an issue in translation from booking.com to the hotel, and had me listed for only one night. However the lady at the desk made a quick adjustment, allowing me to keep the same rate instead of an adjusted one. She also did this in a matter of minutes with no questions asked. Amazing hospitality and service.

There were medications on site to assist with sleep like benadryl, nyquil, etc. But unfortunately there were no remedies for headaches/pain like Tylenol, Advil, and Excedrin. This is only a nitpick but an unfortunate thing nonetheless.

The welcoming lobby and pool table were fantastic. We will look for Tru on future road trips.

The soap and shampoo were difficult for me to dispense. I like the idea and I know that it’s not as wasteful as the little disposable bottles, but I have limited use of my left hand (awaiting surgery).

The shower was amazing. The staff were friendly. The board outside the elevator was so helpful. Other than the spring, the bed was comfy. The room temp was great. They had the ac on before we arrived making the room comfy considering the temp outside was unbearable.

Room was ok. Not sure why garbage bags are just hung over the can in the rooms. The bed had a spring that was not coming through, but didn't adjust when you laid on it. The breakfast area was frustrating. I'd prefer carpet, but that's just my preference. I could here every footstep from the floor above us.

The gentleman behind the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious.

We did have to switch rooms because our refrigerator wasn't working, but the front desk was very accommodating. We were able to move to a new room on same floor immediately.
