Clarion Inn Falls Church- Arlington

The staff was very helpful and apologetic about a broken elevator and offered to put me on the first floor. Several options were suggested for dinner off site which provided healthy options and carry out for dinner. Also enjoyed the gym with the TV news in the morning!

The sad no pool available as I cancelled my first reservation when I found out this same sad fact as I wanted to relax in the pool in the evening. Would have preferred the second floor with an elevator as people above me moved around a lot as I was trying to go to sleep early. The gym floor padding needs to be fixed around the door as it is hard to open because it moves and requires some extra effort to push open.

Clarion Inn I had a week-long stay in Washington DC in July 2023 and I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel than Clarion Inn. Each member of the staff was welcoming, polite and friendly.They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff at the front desk was very patient and helpful! Odko gave me a room which suited my health conditions. Sam understood my predicament of not knowing where to get vegetarian food from and ordered food for me. Lori was quick to respond with a smile. Eric was a dependable presence! Night or day , the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff remained unfaltering ! The housekeeping and kitchen staff worked diligently behind the scenes but their efforts were visible. Kyra and Trey were very friendly and supportive and made every effort to help me. Each one contributed to my wonderful stay and I have the deepest gratitude for all. The premises, including the rooms ,were comfortable, well designed and very well appointed. I loved that there were two basins in the room. Very practical indeed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the sheets very soft. All very clean. The swimming pool was a bonanza. If there’s one thing I would request for, it would be an elevator! Travel-weary guests need that!!

Not sure why, but, started itching while laying on bed, had small bumps on arms and legs. Slept on top of covers

We stayed for 3 nights, some of the rooms still under renovation but luckily they got us the newest rooms. Comfy bed, clean bed and room, new bedsheet, towels. Pool is open till 9pm with pool guard in present. Free hot breakfast and free parking. Fast check in/out. They only clean the room every 3 days unless requested. Friendly and professional staffs. Location is very convenience, CVS is just next door, ihop, chinese food, shot walk to all kind of restaurants+gas station. 20mins drive to DC. This is a great deal, Clarion inn Fall Church, thanks for making our vacation memorable. Keep up the good work guys!

The room was very clean, the bed and linens were good quality and very comfortable. There was daily breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, breads, fruits, etc. and also coffee available all day in the lobby. Everything about this hotel was actually better than expected.

Literally the only bad part of staying here was a weird smell in the hallway, I think the gym needs to be aired out. But the room I stayed in smelled fine, as did most of the hotel. The pool is closed for renovation, but we called ahead to check and knew that going in.

Comfortable beds. However the base was metal and made noises when you get in the bed. Pillows too soft.

No air extractor in the bathroom. Rod for Curtain in the bathroom and bathroom metal shelves rusty. However they are renovating. This may change.

The Hotel Is clean, Great Location (Surrounded by lots of Business, so you can walk and get many things, or take a bus if you need to ) close to DC. ONLY 15 min -

Breakfast is a very normal, frozen item (waffle ), But be upgraded a little.

The beds were very clean, the staff were very friendly. It was quiet, and parking was right in front of the building. Check-in and check-out were very quick.

Furnitures were old, it would be nice if the breakfast area well-lit.

The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. I liked hardwood floors. I appreciated that they put us on the first floor when I shared that my husband had difficulty with stairs.

There was an ammonia smell in room upon arrival,the door didn’t open completely in bathroom and people were talking outside our room late at night in the courtyard.

The staff was so polite, and I wish I could buy those comfy pillows. Right next to a CVS if you forgot anything. My review is based on similar class hotels.

One of the treadmills was broken so had to wait to work out.
