Comfort Inn Petersburg Near Fort Gregg-Adams

The staff was lovely! We had an issue with our room and they immediately moved us to another one. The breakfast was fine and filling. we loved the pool and mini jungle gym!

-Gym wasn’t available -The first room smelled like smoke and we weren’t reimbursed the difference for the smaller room. -I left a few toiletries in the bathroom and when I called for us to go pick it up, they said there was nothing in the room. It was quite frustrating since I’m allergic to a lot of things and cannot easily access a replacement.

The receptionist provided excellent service. Our first room wasn't ready for occupancy, and she promptly provided another room which was ready, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delightful, and gave us a great start to the day.

Our breakfast was good with a decent variety. The woman in the breakfast area worked very hard to keep everything filled, clean and neat. The beds were comfortable. The employees were all very friendly and helpful!

Our room had a strange odor, but I think it might have been the cleanser they used. We got used to it fairly quickly and really only smelled it when we came back in after leaving. Our shower/tub didn’t drain well, so we stood in water and it didn’t have very good water pressure.

Exceptionally clean everywhere on premises and inside lobby. The room was neat, crisp clean linen as well as clean, not stained towels as some have stated in reviews. Breakfast was very good with plenty of selection. The lady overseeing food kept food counter wiped down as well as tables. Very clean food area. We felt safe staying there and plan to return when we come through in the future. This place is on my ("fav's) list.

The lady in the front desk, when we arrived around 9h30pm, was very nice and helpful. Gave us fresh coffee she just had brewed. I enjoyed talking to her. She is a geme and really cares about her job! The room was clean and it is spacious. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Quiet place. Breakfast is simple but has a good selection. Excellent option close to the I-95.

Facility was clean. Parking was ample. Request for first floor was accommodated. Bathtub was handicap accessible. Shower was aimed properly to be effective.

Pillars were hard. Staff entered the wrong information for credit card payment and it was declined by my bank. After much frustration, the matter was finally successfully resolved. A folding chair should be included so two people can watch TV without one having to use the bed. Another night table should be provided on the other side of the bed. TV remote didn't work properly, even after replacing batteries.

Easy access to highway. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

I kept hearing noise at night. It was windy outside not sure if the noise was from something outside blowing around ir from something inside. I heard it a half a dozen times but other than that it was quiet.

We liked everything about this place. Exceptionally nice staff, everything clean, attention to details. No issues. Will happily make this a stopping place on our trips south.

No complaints or concerns whatsoever. Family-run business done the old-fashioned way with the customer in mind. Really nice, great deal.

Dog friendly! Good area for walking our dog. Levi registered us for the night. He was friendly and explained set up for grab and go breakfast (which was very good!).

Not really a criticism ... dog friendly flooring was difficult for our dog! Couldn’t get up once she lay down. We will travel with a rubber back rug for her in the future.

we are familiar with the Comfort Inn breakfast and it met our expectations.

we have stayed in Comfort Inns many times, some times for up to 10 days, so we are familiar with the property. for the price, it represents good value.
