Hampton Inn Wichita Falls-Sikes Senter Mall

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The key cards to the first room assigned would not work, she tried 3 times. Finally we agreed to move us to another room and it worked perfectly!

It could use some updating. Things in the room were starting to peel and crack and looking a little dingy. Also, there was not as much variety at breakfast as we had hoped and ended up eating at a restaurant.

The breakfast was great. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The hot tub was way too hot! The pool was way too cold! We couldn’t stay in the pool very long without being completely uncomfortable with the cold temperature, and we couldn’t stay in hot tub longer than a few minutes to fully enjoy without feeling overly hot.

The breakage was very good. The front desk attendants were great!

Hot tub not working. Washer/dryer not working so staff was using the ones on the 2nd floor. I had to call to get towels. The maid had none. The front desk delivered some without being asked. We had to wait for our room. The rooms were not ready by 3:00 p.m.

I liked the location in the center of the city and the staffs friendliness.

I didn’t like that me and my family had to walk past people smoking a large hookah to get into the property. they were sitting in the archway to the property stinking it up.

Hampton Inn is always comfortable and friendly. I've stayed with this company from Anchorage to Port Aransas and it always feels like home. Highly recommended.

The front desk staff were very professional and friendly. The lobby was very clean and I felt safe staying there even during the pandemic.

The bed was really firm - too firm. And the shower doors were such a heavy glass, I couldn't figure out how to keep them closed and ended up getting the floor/shower mat pretty wet during my shower.

The staff there are incredible. They are so nice and accomidating. When I let them know I had an issue with my door.,, they immediately tried to help make it right. The hotel was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great being right next door to a mall.

our room was not cleaned correctly. trash in our trash cans, food left in fridge, hair all over shower. we were exhausted and were ready to rest so did not want to call and report. the bed linens were clean

Very nice location, good clean rooms.

Even with Covid I they could do a better job with Breakfast. Yogurt, cereal, oatmeal pre-made breakfast burritos or something more substantial then muffins and a very small granola bar. Be the hotel that goes above and beyond for people who have to travel during this crisis. You could even have staff serve the food at the Buffett if your concerned about people congregating too much. I like Hamptons and will likely remain a customer.
