We liked everything about the property. Location, privacy, and quiet. This has definitely spoiled us from staying in a franchised hotel. Beds we’re comfortable, living space was just the right size for our stay. We didn’t utilize the kitchen, but everything was there if we had decided to cook.

The only complaint we have is the inside temp was stuffy. It took a long time to finally cool off because it is set on 80 when guests leave. We ended up buying a fan so we could sleep comfortably.

This apartment/condo had us drawing up floor plans on our way home! This set up is so perfect! My autistic son was in a near by wedding and I wanted to stay close for emergencies, but not too close, while still having the comfort of home vs a musty hotel room. My partner and I made it into a couples weekend (while I stood by on edge for the call). Located close to Baylor college so plenty of pubs, shopping, restaurants. We ate at Diamond Back Saturday night and had brunch TWICE at Barnetts Public House. He played Golf at Lake Waco and I shopped the River Spring ( I think) shopping center during the day.

The absolute ONLY complaint we have about our entire stay was the air-conditioning. Heat rises and both rooms are located upstairs (super cute) but not great in the Texas heat.

This unit was very well appointed and nicely renovated. I have been travelling a lot and by far this unit is a favourite and I would not hesitate to recommend it. They thought of everything- from the make up facecloths provided to the comfy beds, great location, extra parking passes for your quests, quiet location and filtered water in the fridge!

The unit was clean and had everything available for a stay. My cousin and I stayed there for our first cousin trip. We visited the Magnolia area and had some spa services as well. It seemed like everything was close to our stay, which was an average of 7-15 mins.

I didn't like that there was only a tiny vehicle entrance to the property. I could tell the other access was blocked by plants, so I imagine that was done for a reason.

Beautiful and centrally located to the University and downtown. Extremely spacious clean and comfortable. An amazing value, less expensive than the local hotels located on the outskirts of town with less reviews. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Waco

I did not realize the proximity to Baylor University, it was basically on campus! This was great as we were moving my daughter in to college and it kept us close to the events and made moving her in and seeing her very easy.

It was super cute, and layout was super smart. It’s small but felt plenty spacious. My kids wanted to stay an extra night. The kitchen had everything, including coffee & was so nice with plenty of room to cook a full meal! Pullout sofa was huge when you assemble it: more like a king-size. (Not a traditional full, flimsy mattress)

Maybe a TV in one of the bedrooms would’ve been nice.

Well stocked, good location. Comfortable bedding. Quiet

The floor probably needed a good mopping. Feet and socks were left dusty and dark after walking around without shoes after having just arrived.

Cleanliness. Thoughtfulness of water filter and laundry detergent. Great use of the space in the hotel. Great location next to Baylor.

I liked the fully stocked kitchen, free Roku, and two full bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and cozy.

Can’t think of anything I did like about the property.
