We stayed 4 nights and the hotel staff was very helpful in answering our questions as well as very friendly; the room was pet friendly and gave us peace of mind for our pet's safety; the breakfast was excellent in choices and portions; in the evening it was quiet and relaxing, overall a very enjoyable and wonderful stay

There was nothing negative about our stay, we liked everything about it.

Good location to visit family/friends in Sugar Land. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Rohit. Rooms are clean and spacious. We liked the curtain between bed and couch to create some separation between us and the kids.

As in so many hotels in the US, noise insulation is poor especially to the outside. The nearby interstate is creating a baseline noise at all times that is just a bit too much. The breakfast buffet could have a bit more variety.

Staff and cleanliness was great!

Housekeeping was not good. No service at all until day 4! You have to empty your own trash, get your own towels and supplies! Staff very friendly but I received different answers from all but Rauel. He was awesome. Thanks Rauel!

It’s a wonderful set up for home away from home. Decent size kitchen, layout for room is pretty well designed, Lots of room for your stuff and you can have the bed separated by the curtain from the rest of the living area.

I would prefer if this was closer to Sugarland center, It was a little bit too far of a drive for what I needed but it worked out well nonetheless.

Facility is very clean. Pool is cozy & the rooms were humongous & had everything we needed. Very nice hotel.

Breakfast was very basic, borderline continental. Staff only does housekeeping every 4 days. And skipped out room then lied to management by checking it off in her list (implying she had cleaned it).

We liked the location and the room size and the nice kitchen and bathroom amenities.

The hot breakfast should have had some meat choices (i.e., sausage or bacon). Not enough protein choices. Also, since housekeeping didn't clean everyday, please leave more garbage bags and extra coffee and towels in the room. Thank you.

Kids LOVED the great buffet breakfast and the pool. Super convenient location. Nice gym. Spacious, well -designed rooms for extended stays.

There was a broken share curtain in our room and the pullout couch wasn't great

GREAT location, staff and clean! The staff was always around to help and answer all of our questions. The location is easily accessible to everything (right next to the highway- US 59). The breakfast was actually really good - we ate there every morning! Another plus is that they provide Lysol wipes in the lobby so you can clean your area prior to enjoying the space. I felt safe being in their common areas for sure.

The only thing I didn't like were the kids running up and down in the adjacent room and a dog poo'd on the hallway carpet (BUT a staff member rushed up to clean the area, which I greatly appreciated).

I liked the Breakfast sandwich boxes. Allows you to pick up, go and heat in your own room. I also liked the coffee station. I don't remember if I saw any coco mix for hot chocolate or tea mix packets for hot tea options out.

I did not like the orange juice were in very small closed containers. I recommend juice boxes, orange juice and apple juice. The small containers is not a sufficient adult size serving. There were no green apples available. I think there should be a mixture of red and green apples.

Everything. We stayed in 3 different Hilton's on a trip in June and Home 2 Suites is by far our favorite. We will be looking for them whenever we travel!

Most hotels have free combs, toothbrush, etc. in case you forget yours. This one had them for sale. We just stopped by a Dollar Tree to get what we were missing. Just a small thing, however, as it was a great place!
