Breakfast was fantastic. The bedroom was nice and the beds were comfortable. The shower had great pressure and the towels were soft!!!
The living area seemed a bit small. I don't know if room sizes vary from city to city or if there's bigger rooms, but I don't remember feeling like that in my several stays at Embassies throughout my life. The tiles in half of the room (same ones as in the bathroom) made the first impression of the suite somewhat less fancy.

The breakfast was incredible. Most hotels have generic fast breakfast, but your hotel had a tremendous array of selections, and the food was fantastic. The happy hour complementary two drinks was a real treat. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
There is nothing you can do better the hotel is running efficiently. Keep up the good work. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I’m in this area.

Love the comfy beds
Didn’t like the sofa bed , it didn’t have pillows or a comforter so we have to go downstairs and get it in the middle of the night when we realized it. The kids said that pancakes were NOT included in the continental breakfast which is their favorite part when having breakfast in hotels .

The breakfast was good, also the food for dinner was good but it could be a little less elaborate, sometimes you just want a club sandwich and a coke, but most of the plates we order were extremely good.
The hotel is a little to crowded, because of the location near the airport you might find it booked full, also they host events in friday were many people that are not staying at the hotel go and the parking lot is full so you will struggle to find a spot.

There wear M&Ms in various parts of the furniture and on the floor; by no means hidden or difficult to find—for example, a simple adjustment of the ottoman revealed 4 M&Ms (as did the oversized chair). Also, there were too many maskless people in the first floor bar a d roaming around. I think this hotel could do better at making itself safer during this pandemic

1 particular waiter outside at the patio was rarely seen. Took extremely long for our service needs. Everyone else was awesome. Super pleasant friendly staff excellent but one young guy.

I am impressed by how it’s always so clean. It looks just as brand new as it did when it first opened.
I hope no complaints at all about the property. The bed and pillow were extremely comfortable.
