Quality Inn Killeen Forthood

the place was clean. the staff were very friendly and helpful. a hot breakfast was provided in the mornings. when we checked in the mini fridge in our room did not work. I notified the staff in the morning . and when we got back to the room that evening we had one that worked. Beds were made up and room was cleaned every day.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Everything in working order. Good location.

The breakfast was sub par. Eggs were dry. The bacon was not completely cooked. Coffee machine was broke and the coffee container was full of COLD coffee. I just dumped it and left. This is sad because other than this it was a good place to stay.

This hotel went above and beyond the call of duty. So much so, that I feel obligated to do something I never do and that’s a review/ratings questionnaire. The staff were friendly, helpful and respected your personal space but was there when you needed anything at the same time. I was there for 2 weeks, they even open the breakfast for us at 3am. The Manager (Vinny) is the best Hotel manager that I’ve ever come into contact with. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone driving through area or surrounding areas!

Standard hotel, nothing special. Everything you'd expect from a modern hotel.

The bathroom door makes the bathroom feel very cramped when you're sitting on the toilet. Also when I was checking out at 530ish in the morning - that staff person had taken a super long break and I was forced to leave my key on their desk without formally checking out. I hate leaving it to chance, but that seat should always be occupied or atleast leave a sign indicating when you'll return.

Breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable and the room looked/smelled very clean. This is my second time staying here and I’ll definitely be returning. Front desk staff was very helpful and polite.

Management made me feel at home. Rooms were clean and breakfast was nice. I will be back.

Clean, quiet, bed was comfortable, no frills room, breakfast was typical of motel breakfast and coffee was awesome!!
