Quality Inn West Fort Worth

Room was nice & clean. No foul oders or sticky carpets. Had to do some laundry which they have a washer/dryer room with soaps available. Pretty quite really especially with busy expressway close.

We couldn't get a downstairs room but it wasn't a terrible because they had an elevator up to 2nd floor.

I loved how clean and modern the rooms looked. The staff was super friendly. The gentleman even gave me a few Tylenols since I didn't have any cash. He stated to pay when I check out. That gesture was greatly appreciated. Right up the street from a wonderful little restaurant called the West Side Cafe. Close proximity to the zoo.

The mattresses in the rooms were rock solid. We went swimming but the pool was filled with a lot of trash and debris. Although for early October I can't really complain. Not exactly swimming season.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, it had a refrigerator and a microwave. The water pressure in the shower was great! it was a pleasant stay. We were on the third floor. I believe the rate that I was locked in, which I booked two months ago before the event, was a bargain. They serve breakfast but we have to leave early and I didn't have a chance to see what they have. I would recommend this place. I booked a night stay to go to a concert at Billy Bob's which was 8 miles away from the hotel.

The only negative thing that I can think of, if it's really considered a negative, is that when we got in the hotel room, the refrigerator was unplugged and the TV was unplugged we had to move the entertainment unit to plug in the TV and the refrigerator.

booking.com gave me confirmation number 3464226302 and Quality Inn never heard of me. I waded through your customer service maze for a while with no help forthcoming so hung up and dealt with motel clerk. Shame on you for not confirming my reservation with the motel you directed me to!!!

It was a decent room. Clean

The people hanging out outside drinking and being extremely to loud. Didn't like that I had to put a cash deposit down when I paid for the whole week I was there the day I got there with my credit card. And also did not approve for them to charge my cc also for a deposit.

I was truly surprised at how nice this place was I stayed there before many years ago and it was trash there must be new owners and the manager and his wife were very helpful and nice I will definitely recommend this place and I'll stay there again

Staff was courtesy. They understood we missed our flight so we checked in very late. The room was comfortable & clean . We may have a longer stay next time Thank you

Not sure since we only stayed 1 night but the neighborhood looked a bit sketchy

The staff was very professional , helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was neat and organized and the food choices and food were great

The pool was open. The view was nice and the room was clean. We had a great breakfast each morning and also the amenities were so overflowing and we didn't want for nothing. The service was superb 👏 👌 👍 🙌

I didn't like how we had to walk up the stairs because the elevator would not go up. It kept malfunctioning and me with bad knees had a hard time up and down the stairs.

BREAKFAST IS HIGH CARB AND SUGARS. NO MEAT OR EGGS, THIS IS FINE, BUT SOME PEOPLE ARE DIABETIC AND NEED HIGH PROTIEN IN THE MORNING.
