Hilton Garden Inn Dallas-Central Expy/North Park Area, Tx

Stayed there with my sister and friend. Our stay was nice. The staff was very friendly. Greeted us with excitement when we arrived. Spoke to us every single time we came in and out of the hotel. Very friendly! Food was surprisingly good and the drinks. We ate breakfast Sunday morning. Ordered drinks a couple times. Room and bathroom was clean Location was great(we walked like 10 mins) to go to restaurants nearby Pool was a nice size

In the room, one side didn’t work when it came to the outlets. We couldn’t plug up anything near the bed. Our telephone didn’t work. We told staff multiple times, but it still didn’t seem to reset or anything. It wasn’t a huge biggie. Not sure if this has changed since Covid, but we thought that the cleaning stuff would come through and tidy up the room and take out trash. We stayed Friday through Monday. So we thought cleaning crew would show up once to clean up, but never did.

Excellent location, near downtown and the hotel was super clean and smelled like brand new. The continental breakfast was great, but you have to pay a fee for it. All the staff was really attentive and courteous.

I was charged for the room again when I checked in. We arrived very late and I explained to the gentleman in the front desk that I already paid for the room and he said it was not paid, since I was in a hurry because I had to be someplace else I did not have time to look for my reservation until the next morning. Luckly, I found my receipet and the next morning the person in the front desk, made a copy of the receipt and said that she was going to reimburse me. So I will check in a couple of days if she did. Other than that our stay was excellent.

The room was exceptionally quiet with comfortable beds and pillows. The temperature was also comfortable with access to AC controls. The room was very clean. There was a good amount of garage parking underneath the building with an elevator straight to the lobby.

The only drawback is that the bathroom had a barn door. This is fine if you're staying by yourself but if you're rooming with a friend it can feel a little awkward. Otherwise the room was fine.

Everything was perfect. The staff we great. In fact we had a death in the family that night and had to leave and the staff were very understanding and considerate.

The pool was closed and that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. They did however have a sister hotel that was across the street that had a pool that was available to us.

Liked the location. It was close to family we were visiting. Room was clean and spacious. Lobby was inviting. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Coffee was not available/offered at all times.

Rooms and facilities were very nice, and location was ideal. Accommodations were very nice.

When I booked room, they quoted one price, but it was higher when I checked in. Also, breakfast was not free. I believe hotels should have free continental breakfast. I will probably not book here again because I prefer breakfast included.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Exclusive parking garage at ground level. Clean bathroom with many towels.

Not being able to adjust the curtains at night. Extremely loud and unruly neighbors during sleeping hours. Late check-in time.

fairly central to everything I did

restaurant had great cooking and great staff but felt like a cafeteria. transportation only provided to and from the airport and I needed lifts to places in town. Lyft and Uber were a bit too Robotic. front desk should have a list of local cabs. i found 2

I liked remote check-in and check-out, room, beds, shower.

Flexible neck book lights at bedside did not work. It took a couple of tries to get the digital key to work, and at the time we arrived (about 8-9 p.m.), there was no one in the lobby, so it took a few minutes before we could get in the front door (which required a room key). Once that was sorted, it worked fine.

upon arrival the hotel did not have a reservation for me. even when I showed my confirmation number from booking, they insisted I did not have a reservation. luckily they had 3 rooms available for my family. however I wasn’t given the booking price.
