My room itself; nice, clean, and cozy

Where my room was located...at the end of the hall right by the door that led outside. With people coming in and out, it was very noisy right there.

the location was perfect for what we had to do while down there. Since we booked on line it took a while for the text to recieve the hotel. we got there before the text got to the receptionist. Restruants were close enough to get something to eat.

If you did not make it down to eat breakfast when the workers came thro, you do not get breakfast. every breakfast container at the breakfast counter were empty. nothing was replentist for other customers who came in after the workers left. I was lucky to get 1 bowl of cerial. and this was at 0800 hrs. breakfasted was posted to be 0600-0900 hrs. The trash can in the room was small, normally we have two any time we stay at your hotels.

The room was spacious, appeared clean

They didnt give you towels after they take your dirty one. When I requested for clean towels they didnt have any. I had to wait until the next day. They towles I recieved the next day had someone hair stuck to it. The towels were stained.

The room was really clean Bed was comfortable and good Price was valuable and economical

sound insulators was really weak and bad I could easily listen to up and next room Breakfast was limited

I loved how the service was, really polite. The room did look clean besides the drawer with trash.

Well the room wasn't thoroughly clean. I mean we arrived and everything was nicely set up and clean. We only noticed the day of us leaving that I went through the drawers and there was nothing but trash in there. I'm guessing from the previous people that stayed. I always make sure I keep the place clean before I leave. I know for a fact that it wasn't our trash. Plus we kept hearing kids running in the hallway.

The location was great for us. The beds were super comfortable.

The bathrooms needs a little lift me up. There were a few corners on the bathtub that looked rusty and dirty.

The attitudes of the workers. Jay(night worker) and Kennedy(day) were the best. Once I told Jay about our sheets, he called a worker, who was off, and they came in immediately and corrected the problem. Great job Jay, u rock! The beds were so soft!

The fact that our sheets were dirty at check in and the commode kept backing up, we had to go get the plunger from the front office. And lastly, a dead roach under 1 of the beds.

Location was great, staff was SO friendly, & rooms were clean! Coffee downstairs all the time. Breakfast could have been better but with Covid, it was still a great selection.
