Radisson Dallas North-Addison

Nice rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows, quiet atmosphere, staff is nice, rooms are very big! Amazing bathroom led lights mirror Clean hotel located near alot of restaurants, gas stations, and walmart. Ubereats delivers any and everything right to your room door. Bathroom towels are big ,bedding is soft and the air conditioning works good the room was cold. You have a big mini fridge and microwave in the room. We will definitely be staying again

Long walk from the parking lot to our room but we were on the 3rd floor Not enough towels for two nights with two people! The restaurant and bar are closed due to Covid but you can eat breakfast downstairs yes you have to pay for it and the menu is decent but a little expensive if ordering for multiple people

we are both Travel agents and for this Hotel we truly expected more! only one elevator was working! we were on the 3rd floor and the ice machine was not working! once we arrived the front desk clerk was sitting on the couch watching tv, not behind the desk as she should be! my sister also was checking in . we both felt strange because my business partner was trying to check in also and she started I thought you guys were together! so disrespectful!

The AC thermostat was set low before I checked in on a very hot day. This was a very pleasant surprise. The room could get very cold as well, which I definitely appreciate. The bed was very comfortable. I typically have trouble sleeping, but I didn’t have much during my stay.

Water pressure was lower than I’d like, but I was on the third floor. That’s really my only complaint.

Last minute booking for Addison's Oktoberfest. So the location was perfect to the Addison Circle Park and we were able to walk to the festival. The staff was kind and set me up with the hotel package for the festival. It worked for our needs. It was a decent room. The bed was fine, but nothing spectacular.

The lack of vending machines or drinks and snacks was a small problem for us. The front desk was kind enough to overcharge me for a Walmart branded water. But this was cheaper then a DUI.

- I was centrally located and close to what we needed - The staff there were really nice and helpful - The room was a great size and the shower pressure was a 9/10 - Breakfast was included - FREE parking was available

I didn't dislike anything really. I got what we paid for and it served it's purpose

I loved the size and comfort of the bed. Travelling from the UK everything is bigger in Texas. The room was also equipped with a microwave and fridge which is very useful, you would not get these as standard in UK.

One of the members of the reception was not friendly.

The menu for food should be visibly available. Didn’t know there was a choice got anything to eat until a day before I left out of 5 days. The beds and pillows should be upgraded to something more comfortable. The bed was really hard.

It was in a good area. It was clean. It was near a lot of restaurants like I wanted, and the staff was so sweet.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have a hot breakfast. Also, there was a small roach in my room but that’s the only one I saw so I didn’t freak out too much.

The walls must be really thin bc every time I made any kind of movement I got a call from the front desk saying they were getting complaints about it being too loud in my room when I really wasn’t even doing anything but other than that I had a great stay

The bed was very comfortable and room was clean, the location was prime for what I stayed for. Staff was nice.

Didn’t notice that my refrigerator wasn’t working until late at night when I REALLY needed it, (pumped milk for newborn) front desk offered to move my room but I had become unpacked and comfortable so I didn’t want to bother. Used ice bucket instead.
