Quality Inn Union City US 51

I was delightfully surprised at how much I enjoyed this hotel!!! when we first pulled up I honestly was disappointed by the location and exterior (not bad just not expected ) but after entering the lobby it was beautiful! the staff was so nice especially the housekeeping staff! I wish I would have gotten their names. the room was beautiful and larger than I expected and the spa tub in the pictures does not do it justice. I am a fat girl! full bbw and me and my husband fit comfortably in the spa tub and probably could have sat two more in with us!!! the decor is lovely. the a/c works really well! it was 105 outside so it had to put in the work! the maintenance man was so nice he even added cold water to the pool and keeps the court yard lovely. I watched him work in the heat while we enjoyed the pool. which is very nice and clean. breakfast was good and everything kept nicely. I will definitely be come in back!

there are a lot of corridors outside, which are confusing. no coffee creamer not big deal at all but I couldn’t think of a complaint. the tv was alittle small just a 32 inch but I’m kinda but picking to find things to improve. overall it was a very nice place that sadly I quickly judged but am so happy I was wrong!

property is very convenient right off the interstate.

I have nothing to “complain” about other then I was shocked Saturday night to see all the young High school kids getting a room. After or during prom this isn’t the property’s fault but I feel like it shouldn’t be available to them. As a parent it broke my heart. we had no issue with them. other then that we will most definitely be staying here again next year for the rodeo.

The pool was awesome. The pool could use a little more shaded areas, but overall it was great and I loved how they had extra towels out at the pool for us to use. The staff is ALWAYS awesome! I love the picnic area, but it could use a gas grill or a designated area closer to the pool for grilling. We LOVE LOVE LOVE the spa tubs.

The rooms all had a smell, like mildew or something.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great! The ladies who served the breakfast were excellent!

The outside of the facility looked very unkept. The doors looked as if someone had beat them down, paint was chipped, looked shabby. The furniture (table, chairs) inside of the rooms had seen better days...very worn.

We chose this property for an overnight stay as a stopover. The room was clean, included a microwave & refrigerator. The coffee pot is a 1 brew pod but was very weak. The staff was very nice and morning breakfast was a bag with yogurt, breakfast sandwich & cinnamon roll due to COVID.

If I were interested in a longer stay, I would choose a property with more amenities…nicer dinning options, more secure room access (not a motel setup where the room access is outside) vending machines were out of order.

The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. Staff was extremely friendly. Only disappointment was they don't serve bacon over the weekend for breakfast. Lol

Our room had a toilet that was so low I always felt like I was going to fall on the floor every time I would use it.

very nice property staff was extremely and helpful to places around. the beds were exceptionally comfortable. this trip was for work but would love to come back and stay here just to explore the area! they also had a great breakfast

there was nothing to dislike

The breakfast was really good. The young lady working in the breakfast was very polite, friendly and attentive to the customers. The room was clean and the air conditioner kept the room cool. We also enjoyed the pool.

The oustside could use some updating. The paint was peeling off of the steps and had some rust on them.

We requested a pack-n-play and the employee at the desk during check in said they didn't offer them and that the carpet was soft enough if my baby hit the floor.

The lady at breakfast was a sweetheart

That the pool was small and one family of 11 had parked themselves for an entire day. Our room was directly in front of the pool. No place for little children to play (swing set, baby pool, empty room, etc). 2) No mention of bag breakfast on website.
