The service was awesome only thing I didn’t like was one time i had a problem with a room service hispanic/latin girl i asked her friendly after the 3rd day if she was going to do room service to clean the bathroom and vacum the carpet and she answer not friendly she said ( no i dont know when ) and walked away didnt even asked me if i was in need of something but cant say the same of the colombian guy and the other American girls they wore so nice and polite and friendly they even asked me if i needed room service or anything like towels or toiltet paper oooh the front desk people wore awesome 2 and i loved the breakfast 🧇

The 2 room service girls that speak Spanish they wore not friendly i asked a question about when was i going to get room service after 3 days of being there and just answered ( No i dont know and walked away didn’t even asked if i needed something

Breakfast was a really nice bonus. They have a waffle maker and eggs and bacon and biscuits and gravy with fruit, cereal, bagels.. Good Coffee. Breakfast was really nice. The staff was very courteous and I have no complaints at all. It's conveniently located next to an amazing Mexican restaurant. Amigos was phenomenal. Big draft beers and portions with full bar. Very nice staff there as well. Everything you need is in a 8 min driving distance.

The swimming pool was underwhelming. The elevator was kinda slow. That's if I had to pick something to complain about. That's it. Everything else was wonderful.

I made a special room request when I booked. I received an email from the property telling me at that time they could not fulfill my request, but if there was a cancelation they would try their best to get me the room I asked for. When I checked in the Front Desk Staff knew my name and the room request and they put me in the room I had asked for.

The beds were comfortable. The shower water pressure worked great!! Hot breakfast. Receptionist were very kind. Room was a nice size.

I didn’t like the amount of cleaning products you used in the room. It was over baring of the smell like Clorox when entering the room. The TV I had no idea how to use it. No instructions or tv menu.

The staff was friendly and mostly helpful. It's a clean location and the breakfast was king. I would still recommend this location and it's one of the more positive experiences I've had recently. I wouldn't mind staying again. The room itself was excellent. No complaints. I wish the pool was open later than 10pm, but it was decent.

The location is a bit questionable and the motel is sandwiched into an awkward piece of real estate that is slightly hard to find once you're near the property. The parking lot is a bit small and cramped for guests and I didn't have the safest feeling when I went to exit my vehicle and head into the motel. These observations will be subjective depending on the person.

Except for the pillows the king bed was very comfortable. The pillows were too thick. There was a door on the bedroom so tv and other guests noise was not a problem. We liked it so much we used the same hotel chain again at our next stop (Asheville) and same great experience. 👍

The only problem for me was that the pillows were too thick and filled with chunks of foam. Which was not ideal but workable.

The staff are always very helpful amd nice to us. Anything we need if they cant helo us there willing ti helo us find someone that can. Use the business center there its small but it works for my needs any question about things it seem like there knowledgeable about in that area. That helps when there setups and things are new to someone.the staff at night there's a large gentleman some nights and other there's a older woman. They both are the absolute nicest people and will go out of there way to help others i thank them for that.

The rooms colors arnt the bright and exciting colors that you see in the booking sight. There not really any good sennory to really look at. Other than that anything else loke breakfast and things are not anyones failt that works there but covids

The breakfast was great for me and my family. Food was hot, prepared well and the attendant did a great job.

Only issue was some dried blood on the mattress from the couch pull out bed. But we easily covered that with multiple layers of sheets.

Room was very spacious and in good condition. Bed was very comfortable. Full breakfast was very nice! Hadn't seen this since the beginning of Covid. Staff was very helpful.

Carpet was stained in several areas, but the overall facility seemed clean. Facility had tables outside the facility that allowed people to to congregate until late at night. Very noisy until well after midnight.

Not a bad place for a quick nights stay. Kids enjoyed the pool. Relatively clean and good location.

With everything going on, don’t want to complain too much, but our room didn’t have soap, only two towels, but we were able to get soap from the front desk, but limited supplies.
