Comfort Suites

The room was large and had a bathtub, which is something I always love to take advantage of when I travel. The bathroom fixtures were upgraded and modern. The bed was comfortable. I really liked the large wide bench right by the door. It was equivalent in size to a toddler mattress in width but longer. It was great for dropping anything extra as I was coming in, sitting to put shoes on/take shoes off, leaving things out of the way while in the room--either on top or underneath.

The bathtub spigot had a significant leak. I closed the drain just so the staff could see how much water had been wasted overnight. The tub was 1/5 full just from 9:30pm to 7:00am.

This was a very good choice of stay for us. We really enjoyed the location that it is in as well as how, nice and clean the room was. Not much disturbance and beds sleep comfortably.

The two things that need improvement are the TVs don’t have many channels, and the 1st shift ( morning ) check in lady was so rude and unhelpful. I’m not sure of what her name was but she will check in another customer before even finishing with you. She also told me I couldn’t pay cash after I was told I could before arrival, as well as her not allowing me to swipe my own card as if, I was not educated as to how to do so. Really didn’t appreciate her customer service at all.

Staff was very friendly and polite. When I had one issue with upstairs neighbors the staff was quick to handle it. The breakfasts were much better than I was expecting.

The shower in our room dripped non stop. It wasn’t loud enough to be an issue but it was noticeable. The indoor pool left a lot to be desired. It is not heated as advertised and seemed dirty even though it has a very strong chemical smell.

We did not get the opportunity to experience breakfast. The staff was pleasant. Very convenient location and the parking was good.

What i did not like was the fact that the heating/cooling unit in the room had wires that could be seen and could potentially be a fire hazard(they were an inch away from the carpet) if not properly tucked away.

Beautiful clean room.

My room was on the second floor next to the stairwell. Guests used the stairwell often and the heavy door would bang shut all night and in the early morning. It shut so hard my room would rattle. I do not consider a room near a stairwell a quiet room. Breakfasts was very disappointing. I came down at 7:30am and the only thing available was grape juice and coffee. One person was trying to set up breakfast but it just wasn’t working. Guests were leaving and coming back with breakfast for their party. I waited an hour to finally get a little breakfast but certainly was not a full breakfast. No fruit, bread, pastries, cereal, waffles, etc. The young lady was able to eventually bring some eggs, bacon, sausage and biscuits.

Breakfast was good. Room was great.

We arrived at 8:30 pm with a reservation but our room was not ready till 9:30. They were so short staffed that they were still trying to clean rooms from earlier in the day. They also were not able to give us any bath towels as they had none, so we showered using bath mats for towels. The staff were wonderful and tried their best to make us comfortable, but they had no control of the staffing issues. And the hotel was extremely busy. Once we go to our room, it was very nice.

We stayed at Choice Hotels exclusivley for years but about 5 years ago we were no longer impressed. They were old, dirty just plain not inviting and certainly not worth the money. This hotel should be your example of what a Choice Hotel is!!! Can't say enough about the staff, accomodations, location, food!!

Nothing!!!! It was perfect.

We had never stayed at a Comfort Suites before, but will definitely choose again. The staff was prompt, capable, and professional. The lobby was welcoming and clean. Our room was very clean and the beds were so comfy! What a treat after a long day of traveling! The pool area was also very clean and we appreciated that it was close to the elevator and the lobby. Restaurants and gas stations were conveniently located nearby.

The lady that checked us in and out was so friendly and pleasant. You could tell that she really cared that all your needs are met while staying there. 10 out of 10 service from her! The hotel and room was great very clean. Bed was comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

Loved the location and the ease of being able to get out of the parking lot onto the main road. Breakfast was very good and a nice treat each morning. All of the staff members we came in contact with were very friendly and very helpful.
