Hampton Inn & Suites Chattanooga Downtown

Everything Hampton Inns provided was up to par.

You (Booking) booked a room that they didn't have available. They pulled me around the counter and showed me exactly what they received from Booking and it was not the room you described in your listing. I feel duped and will never use Booking.com again.

Excellent! The staff was very accommodating to my early arrival. The room was spacious and very clean. The linens were clean and soft but could use some new pillows. Most Hilton properties have great pillows. Loved the fixed bath and shower products in the shower: the shower head and water pressure were great however the sink was terrible. The balcony was spacious and clean.

The breakfast lacked flavor and had very little fresh fruit. Another hot starch option like fries would have been nice as well as a Devon meat like bacon. The price of the hotel should afford this. The water in the bathroom sink and shower never got hot, just past luke warm.

The location was wonderful and we could easily walk to the places we wanted to go. Our room was accommodating and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good.

My only complaint with the room is that we did not have a bathtub. It was difficult having a toddler and having to attempt to get them in the shower. The fire alarm was also pulled and we were never told or given any explanation on what exactly happened. It would have been nice to have a staff member let us know that it was an accident and that everything was ok.

The room was awesome! It had been newly remodeled. There was luxury vinyl on the floor, a beautiful shower, and the best beds ever! The decor was new and updated and the air conditioner worked perfectly!

They don't have maid service anymore so if you needed towels or anything for your room you had to go down to the desk and get it for yourself. You could request maid service 24 hours in advance and what sense does that make? People were putting trash bags outside their rooms and that made the halls look tacky. I would suggest if you aren't going to come to the rooms daily use bigger trash cans and leave more bags. also, a small thing, but there wasn't even a pad and pen in the room.

The location of the property couldn’t have been any better. Right downtown in the middle of everything we came to do. The Tennessee Aquarium was a short walk down the road and the Chattanooga Zoo was only an 8 minutes drive.

The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful when I had a complication with my 3rd party reservation. “Call them” was the answer I got instead of offering to help me find a solution to the problem. We had a king suite on the 4th floor, room was very clean, only 2 towels for the suite for some reason, and the refrigerator didn’t have a freezer so diaper bag ice packs were a no go for the Aquarium trip the next morning. Breakfast was good. Friendly kitchen staff. Parking was nice, clean and very convenient. All together the stay was awesome and we will definitely stay again.

The staff were all amazing. They were very accommodating and understanding when booking.com advertised and rented me a room that isn’t even an option. Do yourself a favour and book directly thru the hotel itself if you want a balcony room.

Great location, nice rooms, clean and upgraded baths.

Parking on site was available, but we drive a truck with a 2 inch lift and the gate would not recognize our vehicle. we had to park down the street. The staff was very helpful when this happened, but I mention it only to help future travelers because if we would have known we would have parked across the street to start with. The other lot was also very convenient.

Room is always very clean and free breakfast is always good. Like on site parking and convenience to attractions and restaurants.

Pool area has gone downhill. (We have stayed here every summer for at least 10 years) it used to be very upscale feeing with fancy furniture. Now it is a little discount with cheap furniture. Parking should be free with hotel stay. Room rate is a little high for 2 beds and a TV. I would expect that rate with a sofa/sitting area.

Location was just a few blocks from the Chattanooga 70.3, so just a short walk. Breakfast was so, so, which they could have offered more

Room .... it seemed a little small, not alot of counter space for spreading out, and the bed was really tall requiring me to CLIMB in to bed. Literally the height was at my belly button.

This hotel is right down from the Chattanooga Aquarium and Science Museum. There are many restaurants within walking distance and right by the bus service.

The people in the next room had their television so loud, we could hear every word. Thank goodness they finally turned it off at a decent time.
