Sheraton Sioux Falls & Convention Center

Extremely close to the venue for a concert I attended.

I had upgraded to what was supposed to include a living area from what I was told well that wasn't the case which is deceptive advertising in my view. The tv didn't work when we got checked in front desk had to send maintenance the maintenance guy said he was told the wrong room at first. Then the wifi didn't work. Finally came back on the next day. I stayed here cause I attended a concert at the Denny Sanford premier center which is basically next door to the hotel. After checking in I noticed a Ramada just across the way had I seen that I more than likely would've stayed there instead. Next time I will overall I just wasn't all that impressed based on the money spent.

Club level dining room was closed, but enjoyed atmosphere in restaurant. Breakfast buffet in restaurant was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Dee at checkout was super friendly. Club level was very quiet. Room was clean, and room amenities were nice. Personalized welcome on TV made me smile. Server at restaurant took care of my no voucher situation with no problem. Extra security for Club level access.

Check in staffer forgot to put breakfast voucher in room ticket envelope. Lamp on nightstand wasn't working. Curtains weren't able to close completely due to detachment from curtain rod. Club level rooms are rather pricy.

My wife had an allergic reaction in the first room but staff relocated us right away. Very accommodating staff.

We purchased our 3-day stay with breakfast through Booking.com but apparently what your company did not allow enough to fully pay for it. Hotel staff arranged to have breakfast covered and speak with you about the change in your fees.

The location was excellent. I liked that we didn’t have to worry about parking at the convention center and loved that they were connected. Very convenient! The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very relaxing environment. I also loved the soaps that were available. Smelled very good! Loved the room as well. The bed was very comfortable.

Can’t think of anything. I was very satisfied with the room and the breakfast was very delicious. I have no complaints. The hotel setting was very relaxing.

The bed (king) was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. It was a good night sleep. Room was very quiet. The bathroom amenities were nice.

The room smelled like food (ketchup and onion). Unable to open the window to air out the room. The room was twice as expensive as I am use to paying for a typical hotel room.

absolutely love the location being connected to Denny Sanford center. the on site bar and restaurant is also a very nice factor in choosing this location.

only down side is the price of amenities, the restaurant and bar prices are definitely for people who stay for the convenience and are billed as such.

Excellent location to the wedding venue I attended. Lots of parking available. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Lobby, bar and restaurant areas were inviting.

Heard the slamming of weights from the work out room throughout the stay. Room could have been detailed a bit more when cleaning. Fingerprints on glass and mirror surfaces. Bed had a rumpled appearance. Not just a bumpy coverlet. Sheets tucked and hanging unevenly, etc. Looked like it was made in a hurry and no one took the extra minute to check that it looked right.

from the moment we walked through the front door it felt very welcoming. the lady at the front desk was wonderful check in and quick and easy no wait time. and any questions we had she answered right away. the location was amazing easy access to anywhere in town.

the only down side but not really was the executive rooms we were in needed to be updated but other then that the room was satisfactory and we were comfortable through the night

This location is the absolute best for the Summit League....can walk to and from in the comforts of being inside. The wait staff at the restaurant for breakfast were beyond amazing. Thank you.

We attended the Kane brown concert and it was connected to the hotel and it was so convenient not to have to find parking or go outside after concert

We went out for supper and came back and not good parking when concert or circus Goers take those spots
