Courtyard by Marriott Rapid City

Nice clean and up to date (near new) hotel. Staff is very friendly. Three elevators, so you near never have to wait. Rooms are spacious and laid out nice. Large shower and counter in Bathroom. Beds were super comfortable to me and really liked the pillows. I would stay at this location again!!!!

Our room was highway facing which at times could be noisy with on and off ramps close to property and trucks jake braking to slow up ramp and at time motorcycles accelerating down ramp loudly. If this is a major concern to you make sure to ask for a room that is further away from the highway.

Really liked the location and overall facility. The staff was quite friendly and in particular the bistro staff was fantastic. In particular, the bistro manager Laura is a gem. This girl works her butt off to make sure every customer is provided great service. Close proxima to all of the major attractions.

The only negative was not being able to get out room serviced. They were cleaning rooms but during our stay they only managed to get to our room twice and both times I requested because we were missed previously.

Clean room, and nice bathroom. Big television and good outlets for electronics. Nice lobby, friendly staff. Washer/dryers if you need them.

No shampoo in the provided pumps in shower. Refrigerator was ridiculously small, could barely hold anything. No complimentary breakfast, but we knew that. Food in lobby a bit pricey.

excellent hotel with quick access to the interstate along with multiple restaurants and shopping. Good workout facility for a hotel.

The air freshener used throughout some of the hotel is a little strong. It didn't bother me but my wife was a little sensitive to it.

It was a great stay, comfortable and clean.

There was another person staying there yelling and screaming at the top of his voice at 2am. When we called the front office to report this because my granddaughter was scared there was no answer. After trying back after several tries someone finally answered. The rooms have no windows that open for fresh air

Nice hotel friendly staff good facilities including gym and laundry facilities. Nice lobby bar and kitchen.

In my room there was a bar of soap in the shower still and a q tip in the trashcan, not a big deal just a little off-putting. Also location isnt great but a lot of hotels are located out where it is on the edge of the city. If you don't mind driving then not a big deal but don't plan on walking anywhere.

Very clean, new facility. We paid $95 for a King room. Totally worth it, compared to other hotels we stayed at for the same price on a road trip along I-90.

Parking was a little hectic as it's in a large complex with a few other hotels and we got there pretty late.

Great service all around, clean, convenient, good food/bar, nice water pressure in shower.

The glass, half-wall shower in the king suite looks fancy but is very impractical to use as water got everywhere on that side of the bathroom.

This place is gorgeous! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. There was a wrestling team staying and the front desk were kind enough to put our room far away from the rowdy boys and their loud parents.

The beds are a bit stiff, but that’s honestly all hotels, so not even an issue, really.

No breakfast 😢sorry that a continental breakfast was not provided, we would have stayed at the Hilton home 2 for that extra amenity had they had room ability

Besides not providing a breakfast, everything was good. Door to the room and bathroom were extremely squeaky and no freezer in the small fridge. These few upgrades are much appreciated and make one think about other properties
