The room was clean and the room was comfortable. The staff is helpful but his tone doesn’t sound friendly. At least he’s hardworking and helpful. The breakfast is alright.
The walls are thin. So you can hear the footsteps of the neighbors upstairs. It has only stairs so elderlies and people with heavy luggages should stay downstairs.

The pillows were so soft it felt like I was laying on a marshmallow.
The bathroom had its fault. The sink drainage had a rusty residue that stink the bathroom which I fix by turning the fan on. And the drainage in the shower was stuck so it took a while for the water to drain down. Overall the rest of bathroom felt cleaned!

Breakfast was tasty (but see comment below). Location was conveniently right off the freeway. Close to restaurants and Walmart. Comfy bed and pillows. Staff (Carol at the front desk, and the maintenance guy) were fantastic.
1) The breakfast variety and quality was very good, however, the eggs and sausage were barely lukewarm. Recommend checking the warming dish to ensure it is heating properly. 2) My TV wasn't working and took over 1 1/2 hours to get it going. (NOT the fault of maintenance, but due to the very slow technical support on the phone). Recommend having the maid check each TV while cleaning the room to ensure it is working. 3) The picture over my bed was missing, and there were a lot of dark spots on the ceiling over my bed that I kept wondering if they were dead bugs. (NOTE: This is a university town with lots of young people staying in the hotel, so I suspect some mischief may have occurred.)
