Great size and location! Great price for the space! Vey friendly staff.

The upstairs AC unit didn't work.

The resort is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Our townhome was clean, and we had a patio balcony outside the master bedroom and a downstairs patio with a small lake as the view. All the stores and eating places were less than 10 minutes away from us.

The only feedback is while watching T.V. downstairs, the T.V. and/or cable box randomly went out on us two times. However, we were able to get it turned back on. Also, the washing machine clunked very loudly when it reached the spin cycle setting.

Kudos to the 12/22/21 staff members such as Joy, Joyce, young girl can't remember her name (sorry), night shift guy, Mike (maintenance guy) & the security guy which made everything well after having to cancel/relocate unexpectedly from another location. They were pleasant, approachable, not to mention ALL had exceptional customer service skills & very accommodating. Joy/Joyce handled the call w/such urgency which made the entire process easy & definitely gave me a peace of mind! I sincerely recommend them & I will return REAL SOON! It wasn't my first time & surely not my last time lodging there. Thanks & may God continue to bless them & their establishment.

I liked the quietness of the area and the access to all of the restaurants, businesses, and short drive to beach.

I didn’t like the cleanliness. It could’ve been more clean and updated. One of the beds had old sheets that were a little dirty.

enjoyed the 3 bathrooms, no accidental walk-ins. clean with all basic necessities. staff friendly, and extremely helpful. wifi strong, and cable had plentiful channels. no sharp edges, safe for small children to play downstairs.

loved the property!!! It was the best stay I’ve had so far!!! The rooms were amazing the bathrooms, kitchen, patio were all a plus!!!

My deposit was all the spending money I had as I was limited to the room only but it was okay……. I’m still waiting to hear back from the property about it now

Bill and Hope were amazing!! They answered all my questions and gave me a whole lot of direction and care. I liked the warm indoor pool, the grill, seeing the turtles, the facts golf carts were able to be delivered, it was a lot of fun! I also like the washer and dryer!!! Very helpful

I didn't like the fact that my family had to move to a different condo on the lastnight after being told another family was coming to the unit we were in, only to see the unit remained empty the remaining time we were there. The shower was dirty in the first unit, but it was nothing for us to clean it, we always have cleaning supplies, and the 2nd unit we had to go to smelled like smoke, and we were promised an ionizer to help, but it never arrived, one of the kids had a asthma attack from it, we ended up opening the doors and Lysol was used on the fabrics.

Love staying here every year with the family. Lots of space and 3 bathrooms. Clean and comfy. Love the pools and hot tub.Location is great and staff is wonderful!

The one thing I'd like is to be able to bring our 2 small dogs. That's the only thing I can add. I wish they'd change that.

The staff was very welcoming. We loved that we were close to everything but not in the middle of all the action. The property had enough amenities to enjoy if we didn't want to leave the premises. Being able to park at the Cabana near the beach.

had a dirty blanket in one of the rooms , bed in main room was 2 twins different frames and all just pushed together which was super uncomfortable
