Hampton Inn Matamoras

The cleanliness is always top notch here. I can't tell you how many "fancy" hotels do not clean well and this is always perfect! I look forward to staying here so I can relax and not worry about cleanliness!!! Thank you for all that you and your staff do to make it cozy and comfortable! I also loved being greeted with snacks and water when I arrived! I am an honors member...but still...lovely touch :D

The breakfast was excellent

The day time staff was either busy on long breaks, too chatty, not following through on requests or just non compliant with basic communication and everyday tasks. Upon arrival we waited over 25 minutes for the front desk girl to come and check us in. I even called the main number 6 times to try and get her attention. She not only didn't apologize for her lack of professionalism and for making us wait while she gossiped with other staff, she also was flip about our needs.

Great breakfast choice, very friendly staff. located next to restaurants, shopping stores and move theater.

When my family and I got into the hotel, we immediately felt congested. They allow people to have pets, so I dont know if it was allergies or a carpet issue, but I would recommend making sure the carpets are extra clean for people who may be animal or allergy sensitive. Overall had a good experience.

it was the expected quality of property. The location was not remarkable. A little out of the way of the interstate. But the rooms and the dining area for breakfast were top row. Bedroom comfortable, clean and exceedingly well equipped. Every member of the staff I interacted with was genuine and sincere. Made me feel like I was part of the Hampton Inn family.

Really nothing. Just a little remote from the interstate, but not a problem.

The people that work there. Everyone was exceptional, helpful, accommodating. They did all they could to make our stay the best. We really enjoyed sitting with our company in front of the fire place and talking old times. The wild deer in the parking lot was an added bonus.

Room was clean, comfortable and right off the highway. We were exhausted from a long day of travelling and were able to rest and recharge.

We had booked a room with a king size bed. Upon arrival, we were told that a mistake was made and the room with the king bed was unavailable. We had to settle for a room with two queen beds.

Good breakfast breakfast

The soft couches in the lounge were not easy to sit in while enjoying breakfast . The fabric on the tall chairs was sticky in that it was very difficult to adjust your sitting position . An imitation leather would be much better.

The staff is very friendly and understanding to my neurodiverse child. The pool was very nice and the breakfast was good.

We rang for room service once to ask for new bedding but they didn't show ever.

The queen beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was a nice size and the continental breakfast was very good.

We area family of five who needed an extra bed brought to the room. This left us with no spare room to maneuver. My kids also wanted to swim and the pool was closed due to maintenance.

I cant commend the staff enough, The Hotel is just a wonderful place to stay.Every front desk personnel are so kind, courteous and caring! THE HAMPTON INN by HILTON in MATAMORAS P.A is a beautiful & clean hotel to stay at while you're traveling. My room was well worth the amount of money I was charged.. I will be returning here again as I return to where I traveled from. I HIGHLY recommend THE HAMPTON INN by HILTON located in MATAMORAS PENNSYLVANIA!.. Thank you all that are employed here, my stay was safe, clean and absolutely Beautiful!
