The staff was very helpful and professional. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Their breakfast choices were generous. The coffee could be better however it is available 24/hrs a day including tea and hot chocolate.

Unfortunately these are things you cannot change. Im a light sleeper and even on the 5th floor I could hear trucks and cars from the road all night. I even had my room change across the hall (there was less road noise) but I continued to hear it. The other issue is access to the property. You have to either drive 1 mile pass the hotel to make a u-turn or pass the property and take an awkward right and quick left to wait at a light to take a left to get access to the property.

Random parking lot service fee added to a second bill after check out. I was told this was a corporate decision. Not a fan of a hidden fee placed on a card after checkout. This fee is questionable as it is not included in the price of the stay AND doesn’t matter if you park a vehicle in the lot or not. VERY odd. Luckily caught it as I was about to leave, and the charge was refunded. I’d watch out for that.

Kieani was wonderful when we checked in, knowledgeable about the area, and helpful-we were there to visit a college, had no idea that there was a huge mall, etc. appreciated her restaurant suggestions. upon checkout, the gentleman at the desk was very helpful, the computer for guests wasn’t working, so my daughter was able to email her resume to the hotel email and he printed it for her. your staff was just awesome. you’re very lucky to have them.

could always do better on price, although it was a good value for the area. would have preferred not to have the tv on during breakfast. maybe the default is to have it off and if some requests it on, then turn it on? just a thought.

Nice hotel. Great location near a huge mall with many restaurants. Great for shopping lovers. The hotel staff is very polite but the room is very small and the air conditioner was very noisy. A pill was flying in the air, which caused an allergy to the eyes. If you are with children, I would not recommend staying here. But overall the hotel is very nice.

Location, cleanliness, and service was great! The continental breakfast also had many great options. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The location is very close to the mall and was perfect for our visit.

The curtains in the room didn't cover the whole window and as soon as the sun came up, the sunlight was shining on our faces and woke us up.

All the Staff were exceptional….went .out of their way to accommodate. The hotel was full, but very quiet. Breakfast was beyond great and the lady that oversaw the breakfast was wonderful and kind.

The pillows were exceptionally terrible. Could have used a towel for a pillow and that would have been more comfortable than the pillows that were provided

I love the friendliness of the staff, very helpful indeed the atmosphere it was great overall. I will define book you again for sure. It was lovely and clean and the breakfast was fantastic and you could get hot chocolate tea n coffee 24/7. It was great I surely will recommend to my family and friends with no doubt.

There was no hot water. I was looking forward to a nice hot shower but it was warm/cold. I really enjoyed the start but don't know if I would book again. Hot water is a must!

It is a nice hotel and at a great location. Room was clean when we arrived. Would stay here again.

The only unpleasant thing was not having room service automatically. I know this is Covid policy now. If you are staying one or two nights not a big deal. But we stayed longer and it becomes a big deal. I know they say you can request it and we didn't. We were busy. Gone all day helping our daughter move. We did ask for fresh towels. Were told to put dirty towels outside room. We got back that night...tired from moving and dirty towels gone but no clean ones. We had to go downstairs to get new towels. I understand it is policy now and was explained but inconvenient.

it was clean, staff was very friendly and got me checked in quickly, I love that it was close to the king of Prussia mall, they had a 12 pm check out time, and we were able to park close to the front of the building.

The toilet had some light streaks in it and I wasn’t sure if it was cleaned properly beforehand.
