Holiday Inn Express & Suites Johnstown, an IHG Hotel

Everything was very nice and clean. Very large room with king bed. Very close to stores and restaurants. 15 mins from everywhere we wanted/ needed to be. Our 6 year old slept on the lounge chair/ sofa and was comfortable.

We were in room 302. It is located next to the house keeping room. They start the washing machine very early like 7am and it sounds like a helicopter is flying by. So change rooms if you get 302 and not wanting to get up early.

The staff was excellent for the most part. They were friendly, polite and respectful. I had left my laptop mouse in the room so I called the front desk ( I believed I spoke with Kelsey) and the mouse was found and mailed to me which I received in a few days. The only charge was for the shipping. Thank you for taking the time to take care of this for me! Great customer service!

As I was staying for a few days, I was asked if I needed housekeeping when I checked in. I told them yes (just to empty trash) and that I preferred housekeeping to come in the afternoons, but no one came to my room. I informed the front desk when I returned to my room around 6pm. but was informed everyone had left for the day and that she would inform the staff as soon as they arrived the next day. I had trash and garbage in my room as I had eaten in my room the night before. It really would have been nice if someone had offered to at least remove trash and garbage from the room. I believe every motel bathroom needs an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Friendly staff at the front desk & Jill was amazing & funny serving breakfast. Good breakfast options considering Covid limitations (cinnamon rolls, cheese omelette, biscuits & gravy, muffins, fruit, bagels, toast, English muffins, yogurt, cereal, danishes, milk, juice, coffee, water). Hotel looks brand new, super clean & spacious...I wish we would have picked a Holiday Inn Express in VA. This was a pit stop after a long drive from vaca in VA bc we needed some rest before finishing the drive. 2 Queen beds & queen size pullout sofa were comfy & perfect for our family of 7 (2 adults, 17, 14, 10 & 2yr old twins). Free parking. Outdoor pool & patio i I wish we could have stayed longer to use them. Good to know they have adjoining rooms incase when booking we have to go with 2 rooms to fit our family. Would definitely stay here again & longer to enjoy everything this hotel has to offer.

Little pricey for one night at $174 before tax.

it is close to all types of stores.

they don’t have options for ppl that don’t eat pork. I am allergic to pork and I stayed a week and they had Turkey sausage once or twice but pork in eggs the days they had Turkey sausage so I couldn’t enjoy a good breakfast. other than that it was great.

Very nice staff, updated rooms, wonderful breakfast selection + staff.

If I have to pick something, it'd be that the shower curtain doesn't stay in the tub well so water tends to get on the floor easily.

I love this hotel!! We stay here every time we come to PA. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Rooms are quiet, very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. Keep up the amazing work guys.

There's nothing that we didn't like.

The location was very close to the tournament we were attending at Iron Horse Complex. Restaurants and fast food was easily accessible. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I will remember this for next year.

That the hotel was very clean, and the bed sheets were clean and fresh.

Most hot breakfast items were not hot. I was concerned about food safety, so I ended up not eating them and ate cold items and the oatmeal instead

The facility was very clean and the bed OMG so comfortable and the shower? Gosh I wish I could've brought it home with me
