Hampton Inn & Suites Ephrata - Mountain Springs

We stay at Hampton Inn when we travel, always pleased with facilities and service. Did not disappoint. The checkin was easy, person knowledgeable and we were allowed to checkin early. Clean room with all needed amenities. Always like free breakfast, good choices and fresh!

Noticed this in other hotels also, I have a cpap machine to plug in near the bed, most offerings for plugin are now USB. I had to unplug something to plug in my machine and in a dark spot under a shelf. There was a wall outlet on the other side of the bed, but inconvenient for me. Just a general comment, this room at least had a plug near the bed so an A for that.

There was very friendly staff. It was very welcoming for the staff to say hello and smile when they greeted you in crossing. The hot breakfast was great with 2 waffle irons for make your own, omelets, bacon on some days and sausage on others and skillet potatoes on some days and French toast sticks on others and hot oatmeal. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean though there were some minor stains. We enjoyed the view of the town from our window.

There was a strong deodorizer smell when we entered the room. Also, the desk chair could flip back if you tried to rest your back. There was a stain on the chair and the carpet by the desk.

It is very nice and modern. some chairs outside and a nice view. The room was fantastic with every amenity we needed and more. The breakfast was VERY good with hot selections of eggs, potatoes, meat , oatmeal and pancake / waffle makers.

we did not research things we might be able to walk too. Little shops etc.

Clean, friendly staff, big room, next to Applebys, laundry on site, decent car park, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, tea and coffee in foyer

Disposable plates and cutlery used (common in USA so I didn’t mark down for it but it is a shock to Europeans who tend to be more environmentally conscious)

We were in a King bed room with a sofa bed and it was very clean. The staff was nice.

If I could change one thing about the room, it would be putting the sofa somewhere else. It was right next to the air conditioner and whoever sits on the couch or sleeps on the sofa bed would freeze. But other than that, no complaints.

This hotel was awesome! I was in town for a concert and we didn't want to drive the whole way back home so late so we booked with this hotel and our expectations were exceeded. The room was very, very clean. Beds and all amenities were prepared nicely and the staff was all friendly. Next time I am in Ephrata, if I can't stay here, I'm not staying at all

There wasn't anything that really disappointed me

Breakfast was very good...lots of choices and something different each day. My only complaint would be the fresh fruit....not very fresh and over ripe bananas. Staff very helpful when we needed to stay another night when weather conditions at home would not allow us to travel. Hotel very clean and well maintained!!!!

The location is close to things we wanted to do.

The coffee wasn’t great. Even though a lot was offered for breakfast, the quality of the food wasn’t good. The waffle mix made dense rubbery waffles, the eggs were watery, the bananas were rotten. One of the choices of pastries is supposed to be kept frozen until consumed but it was in with the muffins and breads, not even kept cold.

Exceptional in every way. Friendly helpful staff, room was clean and comfortable. The little indoor pool was nice for relaxing with the kids after a long drive and well stocked with towels.

Really nothing stood out that needed to be improved. Everything was exactly as we would hope for. Pleasant stay all around. Clean, comfortable and welcoming.

We love this hotel. It's always clean and comfortable. We had a little issue with booking that was fixed by the next day. We will definitely stay again.

The booking issue we had was a pain but, it resolved by the next day.
