Bed was super comfy! Room was very clean and everything I needed was there. Didn’t feel like driving any more after I arrived and restaurant had great service and food-only 1waitress but she was great!
Only one USB port in room and lamp on one side of bed was burned out

Comfortable bed & sheets!!! Quiet and very clean! Had everything I needed and just a 10 minute shuttle ride to the airport! !
I got a room that was subpar! You could hear every word the guest from the other room said! The baseboard was coming off! I called the front desk and she immediately got me into an exceptionally nice room! I asked twice to please give me a wake up call at 4 a.m. and it never came through! Fortunately, my phone got me up in the nick of time to get the shuttle to the airport!

After staying at the Sheraton for about 20 years I think the Hotel is beginning to age and house keeping shows much dust and dirt! Breakfast is outdated. Staff is very helpful in reception and dining!

bar staff needed help. or mindset geared toward happiness. sweet woman seemed overwhelmed. even though there was barely a soul dining and the phone only rang once for room service while I sat there.
