Inn at Cross Keys Station

Breakfast was great the indoor pool and hot tub was amazing.

I slipped in the pool area injured my right knee I was not informed that I needed to go to the front desk and report it because the maintenance guy told them. I was in so much pain I could not walk and my husband didn't think about either. I mentioned to the front desk when I left they informed me that he would fill in out. Now I am off work for one week. The hotel told me it was too late to file an incident report. I might have to have surgery and the hotel will not even file an incident report or do anything for me.

The Property was beautiful and well kept. Was disappointed no one comes in to replace towels and coffee.

We Understood. This was a best Western and expected to get a discount. The property looked exactly like the best western. We stayed at in Lapine personally talked to said they are not part of best Western Innwe would not get a discount. We have the best westerns rewards card. If we can’t get a discount through Booking.com, we will not use them again and go directly to the motel to make a reservation.

The facilities were tastefully designed including the decor, layout & landscaping. The bed/bedding was very comfortable & the air conditioning was a welcome feature on the warm day of our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings included & found the staff at the front desk to be very helpful & pleasant.

The upper parking levels were a bit steep to access on foot for us seniors. On the upside, the hillside location of the facility & parking lot provided nice views of the surrounding area.

We had a King room on the 3rd floor and it was very quiet. The room was large and well maintained. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. This is our go-to in Madras. Highly recommend. Staff are great and do their best to make your stay a memorable one. We were able to get an early check in which really helped since we were in the area for a wedding.

They do a really decent breakfast with a lot of options. It is served early and ends by 9 am which is a bit early for me on a weekend, but probably really appreciated by those who are up and ready to explore beautiful Central Oregon.

It was a very comfortable room and the hotel overall was super well maintained. The breakfast offered a lot of choices. The location, off the highway, was very quiet but convenient to restaurants, grocery, etc. It was a very good value. We did not check out the pool area, but it looked nice as well. Check in was earlier than most hotel/motels, which really helped. We have already reserved our next stay.

We asked for an early check in, which was graciously granted. Unfortunately, when we arrived the manager was out and another staff member (not usually at the front desk) did their best to help us check in. It all worked out fine, and we arrived at our event on time.

Room was great. Breakfast was great. Location is great although it is a little tricky getting from Safeway over to Cross Keys. We enjoyed a nice, quiet night and slept comfortably. The breakfast area was very nice, too - lots of places to sit and lots of options for what to have for breakfast. The pool looked wonderful, too, but we didn't use it.

The exercise facility is somewhat lacking. The only thing operational there was a treadmill. Recommend at least two treadmills, two eliptical machines, and perhaps the one bike (the bike was not operational when we were there). I don't remember seeing it but a TV in the exercise room would be nice, too, along with some good A/C, especially in warmer weather.

The room was great— clean, comfortable, and quiet. The manager is very personable, talkative, and friendly. The breakfast was okay and the kitchen staff were nice.

The parking is difficult— that is the downside. Only 6 regular spaces close to the entrance while there is a lot more handicap parking which is probably too much. The problem is that the rest of the parking is far away and is isolated. The parking area doesn’t seem safe or secure.

The location is great and easy to find. Right off the highway. The hotel is well maintained as far as cleanliness. The breakfast was actually pretty good! You could make biscuits and gravy, a breakfast sandwich, and even waffles!! They had trays of warm bacon, sausage, and already made eggs. Coffee was just alright. The guy who was at the desk for check out was super nice!!

The girl that check us in was very unprofessional. First of all she seemwd bothered and irritated. She didn't greet us, just dove right into asking for the name on the reservation, ID and card used to book the stay. Handed me a paper to initial and sign, then handed me my room key. Didn't explain any details about the hotel, how to check out, or any of the amenities. Unfortunately the other guests kind of ruined our stay. People these days are rude and mannerless. Especially the ones with kids!! The in-room coffee pots could use an update!!

Found this place last minute needing to get off the road and get some sleep. The landscape, front desk and seating area were very nice with a beautiful rustic western style theme. Staff was very friendly, looked clean, parking is private and good for folks pulling trailers. Pool looked clean, good breakfast and great WiFi service.

Needs a few improvements in the rooms. The quality of the shower head, bathroom had no fan, the pillows and bed were rock hard. Needs a bit of TLC in the guest rooms for the price. Overall worth it.

The staff. Always friendly and helpful and the breakfast presentation very nice. The preparer kept an eye on everything making sure it was always full and the area clean. Entire hotel very clean and grounds well kept everytime we stay.

Broken lock on ground floor window making room easily accessible from outside, ac/heat pump not working correctly making the room very warm even with ac on. Beds very hard, rooms need USB connectors. Faucets stiff.
