Excellent location to Old Town/ Boardwalk. Very fresh and clean. The owner was great. Made us feel comfortable and helpful with suggestions to enjoy the local.
It is located on hwy 101. It is a bit noisy, as you would expect But… It was unexpectedly clean and nice for an older renovated inn The rooms are very functional. The location is great.

Very near old town Brandon which was very nice. It is on the Hwy so it can be a bit noisy. Coffee in the room. Wish there had been tea as well.. Refrigerator in the room as well which we used. Good value. Women who checked us in was very nice and knowledgeable
A little noisy but not sure how to fix that. Tea in the room would have been nice as well.

The property was super great to work with when my plans changed, and I ended up coming in later than planned. The rooms looked recently remodeled and were large and spacious. Bed was super comfortable.

We really like the cozy beds, had 4 feather soft pillows and sheets were clean. Rooms were updated with nice flooring and vanity.
Size of room was a little small, but served its purpose. Not much of any breakfast.

I loved how comfy the beds were and that this place did not smell funny like some other places! The man that checked us out was super kind and knowledgeable (most handsome man ive ever seen!) The location is perfect for good food, great walks, stores, gift shops, animal park, trails and beach access. The price is great and we felt like we had good privacy too.
I really dont have anything bad to say about them.

Location is perfect - right across the street from Old Town. We didn't need to pay the prices required to be right on the water when it was a 5-minute walk. Simple room - nothing fancy but we're only there to sleep. Bed was very comfy.

The owner/managers were very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable! The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. I would consider staying here again when in the area.
It was on the highway so a bit noisy for me but there is nothing they can do (and I am a light sleeper).
