Housekeeping, great attitude and went above and beyond. I was so stressed and this sweet girl stepped in to keep lines of communication running smoothly with the office and myself. I've worked with the public and recognize that they have more than just a good housekeeper they have a young lady with exceptional people skills with great problem solving techniques of a franchise owner. I hope she is given the opportunity to excel!

I liked the fact that the property was mostly quiet and the room at least smelled clean. The decors and set up of the room was nice and I loved that it did not have carpet!
The yelling outside before 7am, the bathroom walls needed a scrub and there was mold in the sink and fridge. Our air conditioner was full blast and we were sweating all night, but we kept it on for air flow in the room. It felt a bit odd walking by rooms that looked like someone lived there permanently, but it was a nicer room than expected and relatively quiet.
