Hampton Inn & Suites Pryor, Ok

Everyone was friendly it was in a location easy to find. They accommodated my request for a first floor room due to fears I had, which if u travel alot you know requests rarely get granted (mostly cause they never get looked at). Staff was super friendly which makes the say more comfortable especially when traveling alone. I got a king suite and it was HUGE which was a big plus.

There was a loud noise in my room at random times (but frequent). It didnt bother me to much, but a couple times it became annoying for me (I was there for 4 nights). I tried figuring it out but couldn't Traffic was noisy, but if u have the tv at a normal level u dont hear it. It didnt interupt my sleep because im not a light sleeper. Train didnt bother be either. They never blew the whilstle by the hotel, so u only heard the rumble if u were paying attention. .

The room was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. The pool was nice. What most impressed me was the AMAZING customer service we received. When we checked in, Mechelle was on duty. She obviously wears many hats because I saw her behind the desk, cleaning the elevator, getting water samples from the pool, etc. She was so very nice and accommodating. Whatever I asked for or needed, she happily obliged. We did not eat breakfast, so I can't speak to that, but the entire property was amazing. If we ever need to stay in Pryor Oklahoma again, I will most certainly book a room at this property.

Not a big thing since we were only there for one night, but our mini fridge was iced up and not cooling.

It’s no wonder this is the ONLY hotel around this area that has almost 5 stars. The whole place (from the main entrance all the way to our room) is sparkling clean. The bed, sheets and pillows were ridiculously comfortable and I even loved all the cute little details of the room that adds to a modern ambiance to the suite. And the best thing is the excellent customer service from the front desk! I called ahead of time letting them know I’m coming in past midnight. We finally made it, exhausted, and the next thing I know, the front desk said “we’ve been expecting you. You’re all checked in” and handed me my room key! Check in in less than 5 seconds. I’ve never had check in that fast. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I think the pricing compared to the other hotels in the area was wayy overpriced, especially for a weeknight. I would’ve liked it to be a bit competitive with the others.

the room could have been more thoroughly cleaned before our stay. the bathroom floor was a bit dirty. Also, the door looked like it had been repaired but there were black scuffs around it where it looked like a mallet hit the walls. They could have repainted the wall.

How nice and quiet and clean the bathrooms were the rooms were the beds are nice size oh it was just such a nice getaway for the weekend and I definitely definitely will be staying here again

Ot was very spacious and had a good layout.

I wish there were more non carb breakfast options, particularly eggs without cheese and perhaps another meat option. not a big deal though.

The room was beautiful and very clean.

When we came to check in, no one was at the desk! It took several tries to get someone. There was a sign to call a number to get someone. That number continued to ring for over 5 minutes.

Location was perfect, near the highway but still a little ways away so it was quiet. It felt safe. The breakfast was probably the best I have ever had for this price- I was not expecting so many options!! Even my picky kids were happy.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

It's located a little bit farther away from town than I first anticipated but it worked out fine.

Breakfast was great. The set up for hot tea, coffee or cocoa was great, especially at night.

Wished they had an indoor swimming pool for the grandkids.
