Breakfast was good, very nice room.

The person checking us in was not well trained and did not know what she was doing. The elevator was out and we selected a king size room. the room we had was on the third floor. we could not haul our stuff up three floors. she tried to put us in a doulbe queen on the first floor. after 20 minutes she finally called the manager who told her it was ok to give us the king suite since the elevator was our. that took another 10 minutes to figure that out. everything else about the place was great.

The room was great. It had a blackout curtain on the window which was really nice.

The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. The pancake machine was out of order and there was no biscuit or toast to go along with the sausage even though there was a toaster. The ice machine was out of order on the first floor with a sign to go to the second floor. It didn't work either so I went to the third floor where I found a sign indicating it was also out of order and directing me back to the second floor. This is not typical of La Quinta.

Friendly staff, I was greeted at the door upon my arrival. Room was clean and accessible, and the front desk clerk gave me several options as to where I could stay room-wise. Other guests were quiet, and I never had any trouble falling asleep. Felt safe and comfortable.

Hallways/stairwells were a bit grungy, look like they needed to be vacuumed. WiFi was not always reliable and would shut down periodically before resetting. There was also no electric outlet in my bathroom, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

New hotel. Carpets and floors were clean and new. Great mattress. One of the best I have slept on in a hotel. Fantastic shower. Nice walk in shower. Easy to get in and out.

I told the clerk when I checked in that I was allergic to cats and dogs. I expected pets to be in a designated area of rooms. That was not the case. ALL rooms are pet friendly. I have family members who could not have stayed in this hotel. Not all of us are pet lovers. It has become too common for dogs to be everywhere with owners. I even saw 2 people with dogs in there arms, walk into the breakfast area. Stain on upholstered chair in the room, for all I know it's a pet stain. Rust around door frame to the bathroom.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, smelled clean, well maintained. Black out shades in rooms best I've ever used. Beds excellent.

Pool area very small but was good for children. Breakfast okay, but for complimentary wasn't expecting gourmet. Only one room key issued because of low card supply, understandable but somewhat inconvenient for more than one person.

Staff is excellent - ignore the bad comments. They are not overly sociable, but they are always there when I need something, they check me in quickly, they make sure food is available at breakfast time, and overall they seem very efficient.

The only thing I hated is paper thin walls with no soundproofing. I could hear someone snore at night in the next room. When someone wants to have a conversation or listen to music, you will be listening too. Would have been a perfect stay if not for this.

I loved the complimentary breakfast. There was so much to choose from, great variety. The coffee tasted really good.

I personally prefer an indoor pool but the one here was outside. I also prefer a slanted parkinglot to the straight line parking. It was a little hard to maneuver our pick-up truck.

The breakfast had everything that I like; it was a good protein and carbohydrate mix. The food warmers were small, so the hot food stayed fresh. The fitness facility offered a wide variety of options.

The seating in the breakfast area was a bit limited. The pool did not have any water in it. The temperature in the fitness room was too warm/hot.

Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Clean.

I arrived 15 before checking in. Had to wait quite some time for someone to come to the desk to acknowledge me. I seemed to be bothering her!!Rudely told me I would have to come back in 15 minutes to check in. It wasn't check in time! Very rude. I have never had that experience anywhere when it was only 15min before check in time. Much later I returned to check in and the lady at the front desk was very receptive and checked us in quickly. Great welcoming attitude.

Room was clean and housekeeping did great job. Parking made me feel safe. Elevators were speedy. Liked the secondary door lock. Also appreciated the plug-ins for cell phone and computer.

No check-in staff or message on desk that "they will be back shortly". There were three people ahead of me and we waited 13 minutes before a guy showed up. No pool. Room doors stay open and don't automatically shut. Need window coverings so room remains dark when sun comes up.
