Hampton Inn Miami

The common areas were very clean and inviting. The gal that check us in was super friendly and engaging.

For the price I expected a better quality room. The plaster ceiling is peeling off in the bathroom. No fan in the bathroom and extremely difficult mirror to use to put on makeup. At 5'3" I was not able to lean over the bathroom in my attempt to put on makeup and there wasn't a makeup mirror. Even the $1 nightlight in the bathroom didn't work. Based on the room condition and overall furniture condition in the breakfast this is NOT $150 (which was our rate) room, more like $85-$90.

Nice place to sleep! The staff was super helpful! We needed a few extra towels and coffee pods and they were happy to give us watever we needed. The breakfast was extremely good, our children loved it too! The eggs, bacon, and sausage patties were super!

Price was too high! And the room floor wasn't quite clean. The orange juice musta ran out in the machine at breakfast. My first cup of orange juice was great but the second cup was mostly water.

The property was pet friendly, which was important to us because we were moving cross country and stopping overnight to complete our destination to our final state. I liked that it was pet friendly, and family friendly, and very clean.  In addition, the beds were extremely comfortable.

It's location was perfect, off the road enough it was quiet but close to breakfast restaurants, and the staff were local with all the local information and even a little gossip. The USB charging ports in the room were plentiful enough I was able to charge all my equipment at once, the hot water stayed hot and whatever brand of coffee was in the room was delicious which is important for early mornings and late nights. We will be staying again and I'm going to consider Hampton Inn for all my travel from now on. The overall value is well worth the average $20 over similar hotels in cleanliness and coffee alone.

You had to request new towels and restock of amenities due to Covid.

Everything! They changed up the hot breakfast from day to day. Everyone was friendly and helpful, every shift. Super clean. The location was easy access to all directions. We were traveling by motorcycle and they allowed us to park underneath the awning which was great due to rain.

We didn't have the breakfast but it looked like the options were good. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The pool was clean and a nice place to hang out. The parking lot was well lit and we felt safe. The location is perfect, right off the turnpike.

I did not like that there was no hair conditioner in the shower. I thought because there were three bottles that one was conditioner wrong. I had to jump out and grab my own. I should have paid better attention.

Location is great, staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and gives a luxurious feel. I'm more than satisfied with my stay. I had great sound sleep after driving for hours straight. Bathroom had all amenities needed.

Very quiet, comfortable beds, slept great. The breakfast was fine but could use some fresh fruit.

Lousy coffee. We're used to quality, fresh coffee, not the dinky single serve packets in room. Even instant Starbucks is better.

The door key system was out, so they had to let us in with the master key. Then you couldn’t get back in if you needed to step out without them going up with you to let you back in.
