Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Durant, an IHG Hotel

The room was a nice size and clean. The location was perfect for my needs. The pool and spa looked great but unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was perfect!

I didn’t know I had to ask for new towels but when I did they got them right away! I stayed 7 days. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful! Lake Texoma was wonderful, I went there the first day, the water was perfect!

I liked the room. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows and sheets were soft and comfortable. The staff already had the AC running which made it so much nicer. The facility seemed well maintained.

The only thing that really was a major issue for me was the elevator. The carpet is filthy. It makes you wonder what the rest of the hotel was like. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were ok. All you would have to do is rip out the awful carpet and put in a sturdy vinyl product that can be cleaned. Also, the elevator sounds like it is on its last leg. A little maintenance on it would make it better.

The room was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and very helpful. I forgot to give the reservation my husband's reward number and he was able to find it for me quickly. Very nice breakfast choices and very well kept. The morning reservation attendant was too busy on her phone to acknowledge us or even say good morning much less take our return keys to our room. I would still recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Well worth the money.

Convenient location. Comfy room. Room in good shape- a lot of hotels we’ve stayed in since COVID were not in good shape at all anymore, so we didn’t expect much but were pleasantly surprised how nice everything was.

The curtain in the bedroom didn’t block out morning sunlight. Would have liked to sleep a little longer but the light coming in woke us up early.

front desk did not answer phone when we called to ask for towels. when we went to get in bed, one of the beds had dirty sheets… had hairs in the bed and stains inThe sheets and comforters. had to go down and get them to change the bedding. pool and hot tub were closed until Memorial Day, but that was not stated when I made reservation(we went on line and checked)

Took a while at checkin. Staff was somewhere in hotel so had to stand there for 15 minutes. One elevator that is a little slow. Shower head is poor. No pressure and feels like it is going to fall off wall. TV is hard to get to free channels when first turned on. Minimal channels

Everything was very nice. The quality of the amenities and the helpfulness of the staff was exceptional.

There were some little things, like noticing that the floor in my room had not been vacuumed (or at least vacuumed well) before I got there, and the fire alarm had a little short in it that made it make some weird noises every once in a while. Other than that, I really can't complain.

Location was easy to get to with lots of store close and breakfast was hot and good

The trash can was full of ants we kept finding lots of ants on the coffee table and couldn't figure out where they were coming from and finally someone looked in the trash can and it was covered

great facility. large room, good TV, modern, great bed sheets and coffee maker (K-cup). pro and efficient counter staff. good breakfast.

one adult towel, which was thin, rough, and stained. no toilet paper holder. all coffee was decaf.

This hotel was wonderful, don't know why the star rating isn't higher, it well exceeded our expectations. Room had microwave, refrigerator and sink together, very nice. It had a nice sitting area with a couch, and clean cut modern decor. Stay, you could not be disappointed and check out is noon, very nice
