Fairfield Inn by Marriott Warren Niles

The staff was super friendly/ helpful/ hardworking/ professional. Our room was fine...not a fan of the mini fridge and coffee maker being behind cabinet doors since the space is very tight at bottom of bed. It was tricky finding a spot to roll desk chair too that did not impede movement across room. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean and spacious. Soooooo much nearby shopping...I could have stayed 1 more day just to do that!!

I think breakfast should last til 10 am daily...especially considering many guests are trying to shower/ pack up/ be gone by 11 am checkout. Travelers appreciate complimentary breakfast!

The staff was very nice. The room was decent, clean. The location is very good. Close to the local mall, stores, and restaurants.

It was a bit noisy. There was a group there with teenage children and they were a tad noisy in the hall as well as next door BUT it was not during late hours so it didn't bother me enough to give a poor review. I still would have appreciated it to have been a little less noisy. The walls/doors let a lot of sound through.

The location, the Room was clean smelled clean, the accommodation was great I was upset at first because I booked on a room with 2 queen beds and sofa Heather apologize for the mis communication and it was fine just one of my workers had to sleep on the floor. But good stay we have to come back on the 23and24 for work .thanks

It was a convenient location. It was clean.

Only 1 seat in room. The shower was small (tight for a bigger person) Breakfast was mediocre. Bathroom lighting was not great. For women trying to apply makeup it isn't good

The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great. It was nice being on the first floor.

This is a small thing, but the air fresheners used in the hallway smelled like men's cologne. It wasn't too pleasant. The first morning we went to breakfast, there wasn't food in the containers. It needs to be better.

Breakfast was great, nice selection. Location was fantastic, so close to tons of shopping and restaurants.

Water pressure in the shower, it’s never as good as home though. I thought it was a little pricy, no senior discounts either.

Breakfast was a so-so...my husband got a breakfast sandwich and it was still cold. Staff was quick to reheat and make sure everything else was heated.

When we arrived I went to use restroom to find there is already tp in the toilet and it would not flush. I informed the guy at front desk which he proceeds to give me a plunger and has me plunge my own toilet which wasn't even from me or my family!!

the location was nice, we did not eat the breakfast.

I reserved the room for me and my 4 kids and when I went to take a shower I noticed that they only had one washcloth in the restroom and when I called to ask more more, they blamed COVID and said that they would have to look for more washcloths.

Younger people booked room down the hall from us and were very loud most of the night. They were also partying in the parking lot next to our vehicle and had thrown food all over the parking lot some of which was on our vehicle. We were in town for my mother's funeral and didn't appreciate the mess on our vehicle or the noise.
